Abstract

Kebijakan makroekonomi, yang mencakup kebijakan fiskal, moneter, dan regulasi sektor keuangan, memainkan peran krusial dalam mengarahkan perekonomian menuju pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan stabilitas finansial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka atau literature review. Pendekatan ini mengacu pada penjelasan Snyder, yang menjelaskan bahwa literature review bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dan merangkum esensi dari penelitian sebelumnya serta menganalisis pandangan para ahli yang terdapat dalam berbagai sumber. Sektor dan dampak yang digunakan meliputi kebijakan fiskal yang mengacu pada penggunaan perpajakan, pengeluaran publik, dan pinjaman oleh pemerintah untuk mempengaruhi kondisi ekonomi dan mencapai hasil yang diinginkan, sedangkan kebijakan moneter, terutama yang dilakukan oleh bank sentral, bertujuan untuk mengatur jumlah uang beredar, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar untuk mencapai stabilitas ekonomi makro.

Abstract

Social studies learning must be taught to students in a constructivist manner. There are 5 (five) methods that can be taught in social studies learning, including cooperative-based learning, design-based learning, inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, and problem-based learning. However, there are still many students who are less interested in social studies learning. Therefore, an innovative approach is needed in the teaching and learning process to overcome students' low interest in social studies learning. In the research conducted, innovative approaches in the teaching and learning process can increase students' interest in social studies learning. Some innovative approaches that can be done include the use of technology, integrated learning with activities outside the classroom, integrated learning with other subjects, and integrated learning with students' daily lives. With the right approach to innovation, it is expected that students' interest in social studies learning can increase and student learning outcomes can be better.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are essential for students to be able to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems systematically. However, during learning, many students still have difficulty in developing these skills, which can be caused by less interactive learning methods and the lack of implementation of effective teaching strategies. This study aims to determine the efforts of social studies teachers in improving critical thinking skills of grade VIII students at SMPN 1 Sumbergempol. This study is a type of case study research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. This study shows that the efforts made by teachers in improving students' critical thinking in social studies learning are to give students a problem and they must solve the problem, in addition, the use of strategies, methods, models, and learning media also have an effect on improving students' critical thinking, especially in social science learning.
