Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether work-life balance, work stress and work environment influence employee performance at PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri Sidoarjo both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Geo Given Vision Mandiri Sidoarjo. With a total sample of 90 respondents collected using a questionnaire and the analysis techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 27, and also Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research: Work-life balance, work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri Sidoarjo, work-life balance partially has a significant effect on work on employee performance at PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri Sidoarjo, Work stress partially has a significant effect on work performance at PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri Sidoarjo, Work Environment partially has a significant influence on work performance at PT. Geo Given Vision Mandiri Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc Surabaya, founded on February 28, 2007, by Mr. Miftakhul Huda, manufactures special packaging machines. The company faces low compliance with safety protocols, increasing work accident risks and affecting employee performance. This study examines the impact of Work Safety, Employee Involvement, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Using quantitative analysis and SPSS 26, results show that all three variables significantly affect employee performance both partially and simultaneously, with significant values below 0.05. The study confirms the importance of improving these factors to enhance employee performance. Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc Surabaya, didirikan pada 28 Februari 2007 oleh Bapak Miftakhul Huda, bergerak dalam produksi mesin kemasan khusus seperti untuk AMDK, filter air, dan pengisian air. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah rendahnya kepatuhan terhadap protokol keselamatan kerja, yang meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan kerja dan berdampak negatif pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja, Keterlibatan Karyawan, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan SPSS 26, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel Keselamatan Kerja, Keterlibatan Karyawan, dan Budaya Organisasi menunjukkan nilai signifikan di bawah 0,05, yang membuktikan bahwa peningkatan ketiga faktor ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan.
