Abstract

Putusan DKPP sebenarnya telah diakui sebagai KTUN yang dapat menjadi objek gugatan di PTUN. Tetapi, dalam kasus mutakhir muncul polemik ketika DKPP secara institusional memiliki pendirian dan persepsi berbeda. DKPP bersikukuh bahwa putusannya bersifat ‘final dan mengikat’ yang disinonimkan tidak dapat dikoreksinya putusan DKPP oleh lembaga peradilan, khususnya PTUN. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini dibuat untuk mengkaji bagaimana konsepsi dan konstruksi pengaturan sifat ‘final dan mengikat’ dalam skema putusan DKPP serta bagaimana putusan DKPP memenuhi kriteria sebagai KTUN yang dapat menjadi objek gugatan di PTUN yang didasarkan pada peraturan perundang-undangan dan putusan MK. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yakni pendekatan berdasarkan bahan hukum berupa peraturan perundang-undangan serta literatur yang terkait dengan tema tulisan.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of consumer preferences, digital marketing, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationships among these variables. Data was meticulously collected through well-structured questionnaires distributed to a diverse group of respondents who had recently made purchases, ensuring a broad representation of consumer behavior. The analysis results indicate that the variables of consumer preferences, digital marketing, and lifestyle each have a positive and statistically significant effect on purchasing decisions. Specifically, consumer preferences play a pivotal role in shaping purchasing behavior, while digital marketing efforts effectively reach and engage target audiences. Additionally, lifestyle alignment with consumer trends further enhances the likelihood of purchase decisions. These findings suggest that businesses aiming to improve their sales performance should focus on enhancing consumer preferences through personalized offerings, employing effective digital marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences, and aligning products and services with the relevant consumer lifestyles. In conclusion, consumer preferences, digital marketing, and lifestyle are critical factors that businesses should strategically consider when developing comprehensive and effective marketing strategies to boost purchasing decisions and achieve sustained growth.

Abstract

The development of the modern era requires educational institutions to equip students with relevant life skills so that they are able to adapt to social dynamics. Entrepreneurship education has become one of the strategic approaches in fostering creativity, independence, and problem-solving skills. This study aims to examine the implementation of entrepreneurship education in extracurricular activities, efforts to strengthen students' life skills, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was strengthened through persistent observation. The results showed that entrepreneurship education was carried out every Thursday with the involvement of competent instructors despite the simple facilities. This program specifically helps develop students' independence, adaptability, and social skills through practice- and project-based learning. Strengthening efforts are carried out through potential development, creativity guidance, and the provision of challenges that stimulate students' problem-solving abilities. Supporting factors include the availability of basic facilities, the involvement of teachers according to their expertise, and student enthusiasm, while inhibiting factors include limited resources, limited time allocation and lack of expert mentors. This study contributes to providing an empirical overview of the effectiveness of extracurricular entrepreneurship activities in developing life skills, while also offering input for schools in strengthening programs through improved facilities, better time management, and the provision of professional mentors
