Abstract

Background : Hallucinations are a symptom of mental disorders in humans which are characterized by changes in sensory perception, namely experiencing false sensations in the form of sound, sight, taste, touch or nose. The patient perceives stimuli that do not actually exist. One method of treatment is occupational drawing therapy, which is a form of psychotherapy that uses art as a communication tool. It is also a therapy that encourages a person to express, understand their feelings through artistic expression and creative processes, so that they can improve cognitive, affective and psychomotor functions. Objective : This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of occupational therapy drawing on the signs and symptoms of hallucinations in the comforting stage in ODGJ at RSJD Dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta Method : This research uses a quantitative design using a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a total sample technique. In this study, the samples taken were 30 patients in three wards with hallucinatory disorders. With limited patients at RSJD Dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta, the researchers chose to use the total sample to avoid reducing the number of patients. Data collection using an observation sheet for signs and symptoms of hallucinations. The analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Results : Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, the p-value was 0.000 (p < 0.05) or it could be said that the signs and symptoms of hallucinations had a p value smaller than the value of ? = 0.05, so Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an effect of providing occupational therapy on drawing on the signs and symptoms of hallucinations. symptoms of hallucinations in the comforting stage in ODGJ at RSJD Dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta.Conclusion : These results show that there is an effect of providing occupational drawing therapy on the signs and symptoms of hallucinations in the comforting stage in odgjd at RSJD Dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta Key words : hallucinations, drawing therapy

Abstract

One of the indicators that support Human Resource Management is the level of employee job satisfaction. There are many factors that can influence employee job satisfaction, including organizational culture and a sustainable work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture (X1) and a sustainable work environment (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk (GrahaTrans). This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to eighty-six respondents, and data analysis was conducted using IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a t-value of 3.987 and a significance level of 0.000. A sustainable work environment also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a t-value of 4.161 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, both of these variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction with an F-value of 51.181 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that improving organizational culture and creating a healthy and sustainable work environment are very important to increase overall employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Blue Bird Group, khususnya di Divisi Call Center dan Telephonis Meter serta Query Pengemudi. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian Aslamia & Roni yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Brawijaya Palembang, terutama dalam hal objek dan subjek penelitian. Populasi penelitian mencakup 58 karyawan PT Blue Bird Group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 25%, sedangkan disiplin kerja menyumbang 36,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, 38,5% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, yang berarti lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulannya, baik lingkungan kerja maupun disiplin kerja memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Blue Bird Group.
