Abstract

The function of coaching teachers according to the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2012 concerning Madrasa Supervisors and Islamic Religious Education Supervisors in Madrasas article 5 paragraph 3d is carried out by madrasa supervisors either directly to teachers or through the Madrasa Head. The regulation describes the coaching carried out to improve the quality of learning in madrasas. Thus, the supervisory coaching function is indispensable. The approach to writing this paper was prepared using a qualitative descriptive approach. This paper contains steps that can be taken by madrasa supervisors to improve the quality of learning in madrasas. The data source used in the preparation of this paper is based on field observations. The data obtained is then reviewed and processed. Data processing is supported by the results of literacy studies. The combination of the two data is then used as the basis for writing the paper. Development steps based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2012 include planning, implementing, and learning outcomes of learning activities in madrasas. Level of Success of the Coaching Function Coaching activities are said to be successful if they are as follows. 1) The teacher makes his own lesson plan to be used; 2) Teachers hold varied learning; 3) The teacher carries out an assessment that is in accordance with the objectives and is varied. The steps for implementing the coaching function to improve the quality of madrasa learning within the Ministry of Religion of Ciamis Regency are as follows. 1) Development of learning planning; 2) Development of the learning process; 3) Guidance on the assessment of learning outcomes Author's suggestion There is a need for further research to determine the level of success of the coaching function.

Abstract

The quality of education in schools is greatly influenced by the role of professional supervisors, who are responsible for implementing educational guidance in order to create quality educational processes and outcomes. As teachers with additional duties as supervisors, as regulated in Permendiknas Number 13 of 2007, supervisors play an important role in supervision aimed at building and improving the quality of education. This study aims to measure the impact of guidance by supervisors on the work ethic of teachers and employees/administrators at MTsN 14 Ciamis, with a focus on three main aspects: the influence on improving teacher work ethic, the influence on employees/administrators, and the overall influence on the work ethic of both. Data were collected through observation, field notes, and reviews, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods with investigator triangulation to ensure the validity of the data. The results showed a significant increase in relevant activities of teachers and employees/administrators, with openness in sharing opinions increasing from 70.47% to 86.55% in the third cycle. Conversely, less relevant activities decreased, with scores dropping from 32.87% in the first cycle to 9.25% in the third cycle. Positive responses to coaching activities also increased, from 66.93% in the first cycle to 82.31% in the third cycle.

Abstract

Fungsi pembinaan kepada guru menurut Peraturan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia No 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengawas Madrasah dan Pengawas Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah pasal 5 ayat 3d dilakukan oleh pengawas madrasah baik langsung kepada guru maupun melalui Kepala Madrasah. Pada peraturan tersebut dijelaskan pembinaan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di madrasah. Dengan demikian, fungsi pembinaan pengawas sangat diperlukan. Pendekatan penulisan karya tulis ini disusun menggunakan pendekatan deskrptif kualitatif. Karya tulis ini berisi mengenai langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh pengawas madrasah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di madrasah. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ini berdasarkan observasi lapangan. Data yang didapatkan lalu dikaji dan diolah. Pengolahan data didukung dengan hasil studi literasi. Kombinasi data keduanya lalu digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan karya tulis. Langkah pembinaan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil belajar kegiatan pembelajaran di madrasah. Taraf Keberhasilan Fungsi Pembinaan Kegiatan pembinaan dikatakan berhasil apabila sebagai berikut. 1) Guru membuat sendiri RPP yang akan dipakai; 2) Guru mengadakan pembelajaran variative; 3) Guru melaksanan penilaian yang sesuai dengan tujuan dan vaiatif. Langkah pelaksanaan fungsi pembinaan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran madrasah di lingkungan Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Ciamis adalah sebagai berikut. 1) Pembinaan terhadap perencanaan Pembelajaran; 2) Pembinaan terhadap proses pembelajaran; 3) Pembinaan terhadap penilaian hasil pembelajaran Saran penulis Perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui taraf keberhasilan fungsi pembinaan.
