Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has been recognized as one of the main motors of local economic growth in many countries, including at the village level. In a village context, MSMEs are often the backbone of the economy, creating jobs, increasing income, and strengthening social and cultural networks. However, to maximize the potential of MSMEs in increasing village profitability, real efforts are needed in education and skills development for business owners at the local level. The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has an important role in developing the local economy, especially in rural areas. Villages are often places where a variety of local economic potential resides which can be utilized to improve community welfare. However, MSMEs at the village level often face various challenges, such as limited access to capital, limited managerial skills, and lack of knowledge about markets and technology. Education and skills development are the keys to overcoming these challenges and increasing the profitability of MSMEs in villages. By increasing the capacity of business owners and local economic actors, it is hoped that MSMEs can be more competitive, competitive and able to make a greater contribution to village economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented by Sharia Housing based on the theory explained by Philip Kotler and Gary Armstrong, namely market segmentation, market targeting, market positioning and differentiation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted in one of the sharia housing complexes located in Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Researchers triangulated data sources. Researchers examine in depth programs, events, processes and activities related to the research object. The research results show that the market segments determined are divided into four segments, namely based on psychographic factors, potential consumers want housing with a sharia residential concept with usury-free financing; based on demographic factors, the average potential customer is 28-50 years old; based on geographical factors, prospective customers work as employees who work in the nearest industrial area; Based on behavior, prospective consumers on average work as employees. Housing managers set a target market, namely potential buyers who have incomes above 5 million rupiah. Differentiation and market positioning, housing which is the differentiator is the type of house. There is the American Farmhouse house type which has become a housing icon.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional di Indonesia yang tumbuh dan berkembang beberapa abad yang lalu. Pesantren sejatinya merupakan lembaga yang berpotensi menuju kerakyatan ekonomi, serta kekuatan yang dimilikinya. Jika Ponpes hanya menjadi penonton di era mendatang, maka lembaga mikro ekonomi lainnya bisa saja bergerak menuju kemajuan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kajian yang matang untuk memperkuat institusi perekonomian ini agar tidak salah sasaran. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemandirian santri melalui program santripreneur. Pelatihan dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhotusibyan gunung bhakti Cihanjawar. Wawancara mendalam dan observasi non-partisipasi digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. dalam upaya menjamin terlaksananya pengabdian. Hasil platihan menunjukkan bahwa program santripreneur dapat berkembang, sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu penopang pesantren ekonomi penting yang berdampak pada masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Santripreneur, program kemandirian, pesantren.
