Abstract

Perawat perlu memberikan bimbingan kepada pasien asma dalam hal pengendalian asma untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup Kata Kunci: Asma Bronkial, Kualitas Hidup, Tingkat Keparahan, Tingkat Kontrol Severity and Level of Control on Quality of LifeBronchial Asthma PatientsAbstract Background asthma is one of the chronic disease that requires long term management. Asthma patient need to control their condition periodically to maintain their health. Asthma with the saverity and level of poor control can affect the quality of life of sufferers. Objective the general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the severity and level of control of bronchial asthma with the quality of life of bronchial asthma patients. Methods this type of research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach using a non-probability technique with snowball sampling with a total of 75 respondents. Data collection for the severity level uses a q-score questionnaire for severity, for the control level using a mini-aqlq (s) questionnaire, and for quality of life using the asthma control test (act) questionnaire. The data obtained were processed statistically by using the chi square (x²) statistical test. Results the results showed that uncontrolled bronchial asthma patients were 34 respondents (45.3%), controlled were 64 respondents (85.3%), poor quality of life were 47 respondents (62.7%). There is a relationship between the severity and quality of life of bronchial asthma patients with a p-value of 0.001, and there is a relationship between the level of control and the quality of life of bronchial asthma patients with a p-value of 0.001.Conclusion there is a relationship between the severity and the level of control towards the quality of life of bronchial asthma patients. Nurse need to provide guidence for asthma patient in term of asthma control to improve quality of life. Key Words: Asthma Bronchial, Control Level, Quality of Life, Severity Level

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in infrastructure development in Plosokandang Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency. The focus of the study covers three main stages of ADD management, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in the realization of development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the planning stage has implemented participatory principles through the Village Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbangdes). The community plays an active role in proposing programs, although not all proposals can be realized due to budget limitations. In the implementation stage, infrastructure development proceeds according to the Budget Plan (RAB) and is carried out by the Activity Implementation Team (TPK) with good coordination. Obstacles that arise mainly come from uncertain weather conditions, but can be overcome with technical adjustments. The evaluation stage shows that the entire budget is absorbed 100% without any discrepancy, and all physical activities are achieved according to target. However, community participation in the evaluation is still limited. Supporting factors for success include information transparency, community participation, and accurate priority setting. The main inhibiting factor was the weather, with no administrative or accountability issues identified. Overall, Village Fund Allocation (ADD) management in Plosokandang Village reflects the principles of transparency, accountability, and effective village development.
