Abstract

Volleyball is a game sport played by two opposing groups. Each group has six players. The principle of playing volleyball is to play the ball with divolley (hit with the limbs) and try to drop the ball into the opponent's field by crossing the ball over the net and keeping the ball from falling on its own field. Even though volleyball is a team game, mastering basic techniques individually is absolutely necessary. This means that in coaching in the early stages it is necessary to emphasize mastering the basic techniques of the game, one of which is the basic passing technique. To achieve high performance, it is necessary to have a good and regular physical training program to improve the bottom passing skills. Forms of physical exercise that can be applied include lifting barbells and push-ups, which aim to increase the strength of the arm and abdominal muscles of a player/student, thereby influencing the results of the match. The main problem in this research is; Is there an increase in lower passing skills in volleyball games through barbell lifting and push-up exercises for male students of class VI SD Negeri 01 Sukadana 2022/2023? Based on the existing problems, the purpose of this research is; to improve lower passing skills in volleyball games through barbell lifting and push-up exercises for male students of grade VI SD Negeri 01 Sukadana

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh adanya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 tentang pencantuman gambar dan tulisan peringatan kesehatan/pictorial health warning pada kemasan rokok. Peratuan ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengurangi dampak buruk kesehatan, melindungi penduduk usia produktif dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap bahaya merokok. Dilatarbelakangi peratuan pemerintah tersebut, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui Respon Mahasiswa Terhadap Pictorial Health Warning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah semi kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan RAP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pengetahuan Responden baik sebanyak 55 orang (82,1%), kategori variabel keterjangkauan Responden yang terjangkau sebanyak 41 orang (61,2%) terhadap pictorial health warning, kategori variabel pesan Responden yang mengerti sebanyak 45 orang (67,2%) Tehadap pictorial health warning, kategori variabel PHW yang berpendapat baik sebanyak 63 orang (94%), kategori variabel Respon dengan respon positif sebanyak 51 orang (76.1%), sebagian besar Responden belum kawin sebanyak 65 orang ( 97%). Respon perokok terhadap pictorial health warning tersebut tidak membuat para perokok untuk berhenti merokok, mereka tetap mengkonsumsi rokok karena pengalaman mereka tidak pernah menderita akibat mengkonsumsi rokok, dan efek yang dirasakan jauh berbeda dengan apa yang tercantum pada kemasan yang telah dibuat. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan persepsi perokok aktif cenderung menolak adanya label peringatan tersebut.
