<![CDATA[Abstrak Tata letak fasilitas dan peralatan produksi mempunyai peran penting dalam peningkatan produktivitasperusahaan dalam dunia industri. Hal ini menjadi landasan utama dalam industri dalam rangkaperencanaan dan integrasi aliran komponen dalam produksi sehingga didapatkan hubungan efektif danefisien antar operator, peralatan, maupun proses transformasi material dari proses penerimaan sampaipada pengiriman produk. PT XYZ yang bergerak dalam bidang industri elektronik salah satunyaProduk ABC. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kemudahan akses berbelanja, permintaanpasar akan Produk ABC semakin meningkat sehingga PT XYZ harus meningkatkan kecepatan produksiuntuk memenuhinya. Pada lantai packing Produk ABC terdapat material packing yang kurang tertatasehingga dapat menghambat proses manual material handling menggunakan hand pallet, terdapat jugajarak antar stasiun yang cukup jauh sehingga pekerja yang banyak lalu-lalang menyebabkan prosesperpindahan material kurang efisien. Maka perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang tata letak. Metode yangdigunakan dalam perancangan tata letak adalah Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) dengan bantuansoftware BLOCPLAN dan CORELAP. BLOCPLAN kurang cocok digunakan karena rasio dimensifasilitas yang dihasilkan kurang cocok. Sehingga dengan hasil dari CORELAP, didapatkan layoutrekomendasi baru yang lebih baik serta efisien dalam hal pemanfaatan ruang dan aliran material untukditerapkan oleh PT XYZ dengan peningkatan jarak perpindahan yang lebih pendek sebesar 23% untuklini packing A dan 35% untuk lini packing B. This is the main basis in the industry in thecontext of planning and integrating component flows in production so that effective and efficientrelationships can be obtained between operators, equipment, and the material transformation processfrom the receiving process to product delivery.PT XYZ which is engaged in the electronics industry, one of which is Product ABC. Along with the development of technology and ease of access to shopping, the market demand for Product ABCs is increasing so that PT XYZ must increase production speed tofulfill it. On the packing floor of the Product ABC, there is packing material that is not organized sothat it can hinder the manual material handling process using a hand pallet, there is also a distancebetween stations that is quite far so that workers who pass by a lot cause the material transfer processto be less efficient. So it is necessary to redesign the layout. The method used in the layout design isSystematic Layout Planning (SLP) with the help of BLOCPLAN and CORELAP software. BLOCPLANis not suitable for use because the resulting facility dimension ratio is not suitable.
