Abstrak PDAM Surya Sembada mempunyai rencana output produksi air baku belum memenuhi targetproduksi air baku tahun 2022 serta terjadinya peningkatan signifikan terhadap jumlahkegagalan proses produksi air baku. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis penyebab darikegagalan proses produksi pada pompa air baku, salah satu metode yang digunakan untukmengantisipasi masalah adalah dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and EffectsAnalysis (FMEA). Penelitian ini mengasilkan beberapa usulan perbaikan diantaranyapengembangan skill untuk petugas yang melakukan pemeliharaan mesin, petugas dapatmelakukan pengecekan pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala, serta petugas dapat tetapmenjaga kebersihan lingkungan di sekitar mesin pompa.Kata Kunci: kualitas; pompa air baku; failure mode and effect analysis; risk priority number Abstract [Analysis of the Use of FMEA in Identifying The Risk of Failure The Production Process in PDAMSurya Sembada Surabaya] PDAM Surya Sembada has a raw water production output plan that hasnot met the 2022 raw water production target and there has been a significant increase in the numberof failures in the raw water production process. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the causes of thefailure of the production process in raw water pumps, one of the methods used to anticipate problemsis to use the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. This research resulted in severalsuggestions for improvement including skill development for officers who carry out enginemaintenance, officers can check engine maintenance regularly, and officers can maintain thecleanliness of the environment around the pumping machine.Keywords: quality; raw water pump; failure mode and effect analysis; risk priority number
