Abstract

Labuan Lobo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Ogodeide Kabupaten  Tolitoli yang memiliki pontensi alam dibidang sektor perikanan dan pertanian. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi  masyarakat di desa Labuan Lobo Kabupaten Tolitoli, maka pemerintah desa menyalurkan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) berupa modal dalam bentuk simpan pinjam. Adapun proses penyaluran modal yang diberikan oleh pemerintah ke masyarakat yaitu berupa simpan pinjam yang akan mereka kelola dan kembangkan menjadi suatu usaha yang kemudian sebagaian hasilnya akan dikembalikan ke pemerintah desa. Namun simpan pinjam BUMDes di Desa Labuan Lobo mengalami kredit macet atau tidak lancarnya masyarakat dalam mengembalikan modal yang mereka pinjam selama 5 tahun berjalan. Dari hal tersebut tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Madako tolitoli, memberikan sosialisasi mengenai simpan pinjam BUMDes dengan mempertemukan secara langsung narasumber yang ahli dibidang jasa simpan pinjam. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut, masyarakat dan aparat pemerintah desa yang terkait, mendapatkan pemahaman dan solusi mengenai kredit macet simpan pinjam BUMDes yang terjadi desa Labuan Lobo. Selain itu, masyarakat juga dapat memahami prosedur simpan pinjam. Kata kunci : Simpan pinjam,bumdes, Labuan Lobo

Abstract

Pancasila is the foundation of Indonesian philosophy to overcome every problem in the nation's life, including economic aspect. The progress of economy research must develop properly while still paying attention to the surrounding community. It is stated in Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia that the land and water and the natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. So that as a country that has the potential for great wealth both from natural resources, human resources and cultural diversity in it, then in the framework of national development, various research, and innovation are needed to optimize the potential wealth that exists. The research formulations of this study are what is the relevance of economic growth and the implementation of interdisciplinary research; and how the development of the Indonesian government's seriousness in managing interdisciplinary research. In conclusion, interdisciplinary research is a form of investment from the government for better economic growth and economic progress based on interdisciplinary research can be used as an arena for Indonesia's promotion in the academic and economic fields globally.

Abstract

This study examines online stores (E-Commerce), especially online travel and refers to online purchasing decisions on brand image based on advertising effectiveness. One of online is PT Trinusa Travelindo or Traveloka,whichi sengaged in fields that require online and Traveloka.com has the innovation toticket buying and selling services onlinethat focus on online.The Epic Model is themost accurate method for measuring the effectiveness of advertisements that have been served in the community compared to themeasurement modelusing the Customer Response Index (CRI) and Direct Rating Method (DRM). This study aims to analyze and determine online purchasing decisions through brand image based on the effectiveness of advertising with the epicmodel study on Traveloka.com consumers. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptiveand causal approach. To obtain data, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data and distributed it torespondentsonline. Datawascheckedusing smart PLS3.2.9.There sultsof hypothesis testing that have been carried out show that:1)advertising effectivenessis significantan dhasa positive effect on advertising effectiveness, 2) brand image is significant and has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 3) the effectiveness of advertising is significant and has a positive effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The issue of legal protection for workers’ welfare has become increasingly relevant, particularly following the Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023, which addresses legal uncertainty arising from the enactment of the Job Creation Law (Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja). The law has been criticized for neglecting fundamental workers' rights, especially in the regulation of Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu, PKWT), wage systems, and social security. This study aims to identify the forms and scope of legal protection for workers in Indonesia and to analyze the impact of the Constitutional Court’s decision on the guarantee of workers’ welfare. A normative juridical method was employed, using statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that legal protection for workers is grounded in the 1945 Constitution, Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower, and its implementing regulations. Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023 reaffirms the importance of registering PKWT as a form of legal recognition of employment relationships, limits the maximum duration of fixed-term contracts to five years, and strengthens the protection of workers’ rights, including fair wages, social security, and just and humane working conditions. In conclusion, this decision provides stronger legal certainty in safeguarding workers’ welfare and serves as a crucial instrument in maintaining balanced industrial relations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Wisata Greenthing Beach merupakan salah satu pariwisata pantai di Desa Randutatah Kecamatan Paiton Kabupaten Probolinggo. Pantai ini memiliki letak yang strategis, berdekatan dengan Universitas Nurul Jadid sehingga mayoritas pengunjung adalah para mahasiswa. Greenthing Beach merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Desa dalam sektor pariwisata, yang secara komersial bertujuan mencari keuntungan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan desa.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk turut merumuskan Pemberdayaan Wilayah Pariwisata Berkelanjutan dibawah Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kawasan Pariwisata Greenthing Beach. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa program utama sebagai rencana berkelanjutan adalah wisata Greenthing Beach yang berkonsep, “Wisata Ekonomi berkelanjutan berbasis syariah”, sebagai Upaya menciptakan lingkungan pariwisata yang bebas dari minuman keras, narkoba, dan perbuatan mesum yang dapat merusak moral generasi bangsa. Mengingat bahwa Kawasan pariwisata ini terletak didekat kampus Universitas Nurul Jadid dan sebagaian besar pengunjung adalah mahasiswa dari kampus terkait.

Abstract

The omnibus law model has become a new method of legislative drafting in Indonesia, first applied to the Job Creation Law and later enacted as Law 11/2020. While there were no implicit guidelines in Legislative Drafting Law 12/2011, this adoption was imported from several countries like the United States and Ireland to simplify regulations before the method was subsequently formalized and included in Legislative Drafting Law 13/2022. This paper explored the pathway and dynamics of the omnibus law adoption in Indonesia's law-making procedure and analyzed its further impacts on whether such a method has fruitfully improved the quality of the enacted regulation in establishing a more friendly investment policy. Through doctrinal method, this study showed that the opportunity to apply the omnibus model in Indonesia depends on the effectiveness, success, and benefits of respective regulations. In contrast, the application of the omnibus law model should respect democratic principles and avoid public harm. As shown in three different countries, i.e., Indonesia, the United States, and Canada, public concerns on lack of participation should be taken seriously to hinder undemocratic ends through "democratic" means. Alternatively, accountability of the drafting process should be considered a priority. In summary, the increasing trend of adopting the omnibus model should be first adopted and promulgated through legislative products whose promulgation must be with a formidable law-making procedure.

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga merupakan fenomena yang dilatarbelakangi banyak aspek antara lain budaya, social dan ekonomi. Terlebih kondisi social yang memperumit akses terhadap pendidikan, lapangan pekerjaan, dan akses keadilan merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat memicu atau memperburuk situasi KDRT. Begitu pula, faktor ekonomi, seperti tekanan finansial atau ketergantungan finansial pada pasangan, dapat memperkeruh kondisi yang sudah tegang dalam rumah tangga. Solusi terhadap keadaan tersebut diantaranya adalah pengenalan sejak dini tentang factor penyebab KDRT. Bentuk pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyuluhan untuk menggali sekaligus menyalurkan informasi terhadap realitas fenomena sekaligus konsep mendasar tentang KDRT. Hasil dari kegiatan disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyuluhan telah memberikan pengetahuan baru bagi 17% peserta yang sebelumnya tidak paham tentang KDRT. Selebihnya penyuluhan diharapkan bisa mencegah terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga karena generasi muda telah mendapat gambaran pencegahan sejak awal sejak dini.
