Abstract

Labuan Lobo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Ogodeide Kabupaten  Tolitoli yang memiliki pontensi alam dibidang sektor perikanan dan pertanian. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi  masyarakat di desa Labuan Lobo Kabupaten Tolitoli, maka pemerintah desa menyalurkan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) berupa modal dalam bentuk simpan pinjam. Adapun proses penyaluran modal yang diberikan oleh pemerintah ke masyarakat yaitu berupa simpan pinjam yang akan mereka kelola dan kembangkan menjadi suatu usaha yang kemudian sebagaian hasilnya akan dikembalikan ke pemerintah desa. Namun simpan pinjam BUMDes di Desa Labuan Lobo mengalami kredit macet atau tidak lancarnya masyarakat dalam mengembalikan modal yang mereka pinjam selama 5 tahun berjalan. Dari hal tersebut tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Madako tolitoli, memberikan sosialisasi mengenai simpan pinjam BUMDes dengan mempertemukan secara langsung narasumber yang ahli dibidang jasa simpan pinjam. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut, masyarakat dan aparat pemerintah desa yang terkait, mendapatkan pemahaman dan solusi mengenai kredit macet simpan pinjam BUMDes yang terjadi desa Labuan Lobo. Selain itu, masyarakat juga dapat memahami prosedur simpan pinjam. Kata kunci : Simpan pinjam,bumdes, Labuan Lobo

Abstract

Pancasila is the foundation of Indonesian philosophy to overcome every problem in the nation's life, including economic aspect. The progress of economy research must develop properly while still paying attention to the surrounding community. It is stated in Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia that the land and water and the natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. So that as a country that has the potential for great wealth both from natural resources, human resources and cultural diversity in it, then in the framework of national development, various research, and innovation are needed to optimize the potential wealth that exists. The research formulations of this study are what is the relevance of economic growth and the implementation of interdisciplinary research; and how the development of the Indonesian government's seriousness in managing interdisciplinary research. In conclusion, interdisciplinary research is a form of investment from the government for better economic growth and economic progress based on interdisciplinary research can be used as an arena for Indonesia's promotion in the academic and economic fields globally.

Abstract

This study examines online stores (E-Commerce), especially online travel and refers to online purchasing decisions on brand image based on advertising effectiveness. One of online is PT Trinusa Travelindo or Traveloka,whichi sengaged in fields that require online and Traveloka.com has the innovation toticket buying and selling services onlinethat focus on online.The Epic Model is themost accurate method for measuring the effectiveness of advertisements that have been served in the community compared to themeasurement modelusing the Customer Response Index (CRI) and Direct Rating Method (DRM). This study aims to analyze and determine online purchasing decisions through brand image based on the effectiveness of advertising with the epicmodel study on Traveloka.com consumers. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptiveand causal approach. To obtain data, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data and distributed it torespondentsonline. Datawascheckedusing smart PLS3.2.9.There sultsof hypothesis testing that have been carried out show that:1)advertising effectivenessis significantan dhasa positive effect on advertising effectiveness, 2) brand image is significant and has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 3) the effectiveness of advertising is significant and has a positive effect on purchasing decisions
