Abstract

Penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menyelidiki peran dinasti politik dalam demokrasi dan menggali dampaknya terhadap stabilitas dan kualitas proses demokratisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan literatur komprehensif terhadap berbagai studi kasus dan teori terkait dinasti politik, serta pendekatan kuantitatif dalam menganalisis data statistik yang relevan. Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa dinasti politik dapat mengancam demokrasi dengan memperkuat oligarki dan menghambat partisipasi politik, namun juga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dengan menawarkan stabilitas politik yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan yang ditarik adalah bahwa peran dinasti politik dalam demokrasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks, dengan rekomendasi kebijakan yang bertujuan meminimalkan risiko negatif dan memanfaatkan potensi positif dinasti politik dalam proses demokratisasi.

Abstract

Game online merupakan permainan yang dimainkan oleh orang banyak dengan waktu yang bersamaan melalui jaringan online. Namun game online memberikan dampak yang cukup besar bagi para penggunanya baik dampak positif ataupun negatif. Komunikasi antarpribadi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi antarpribadi orang tua dan anak di lingkungan Kelurahan Dago, Kecamatan Coblong, Kota Bandung yang dimana komunikasi jenis ini terjadi secara tatap muka dan bersifat interpersonal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar orang tua tetap bisa mengawasi anak-anak mereka untuk tidak mengalami dampak kecanduan game online yang bisa mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka dengan teknik analisis data berbentuk reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Teori Substantif digunakan oleh penulis dengan harapan dapat memudahkan penulis dalam proses pengkajian data dan dalam proses menganalisa data yang sudah didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antarpribadi orang tua dan anak menghasilkan dua pola komunikasi yaitu pola komunikasi permissive dan pola komunikasi authoritative. Online games are games played by many people at the same time via an online network. However, online games have quite a big impact on their users, both positive and negative impacts. The interpersonal communication referred to in this thesis is interpersonal communication between parents and children in the Dago Village environment, Coblong District, Bandung City, where this type of communication occurs face to face and is interpersonal in nature. The aim of this research is so that parents can continue to supervise their children so that they do not experience the effects of online game addiction which can interfere with daily activities. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Substantive theory is used by the author in the hope that it will make it easier for the author in the process of reviewing data and in the process of analyzing the data that has been obtained. The research results show that interpersonal communication between parents and children produces two communication patterns, namely permissive communication patterns and authoritative communication patterns.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the role of political dynasties in democracy and their impact on the stability and quality of the democratization process. The method used includes a comprehensive literature review of various case studies and theories related to political dynasties. The results show that political dynasties can threaten democracy by strengthening oligarchies, inhibiting healthy political participation, and encouraging corruption and nepotism. However, political dynasties can also make positive contributions by offering sustainable political stability, facilitating the transfer of political knowledge, and effectively representing local interests. The conclusion of this study is that the role of political dynasties in democracy is highly dependent on context and certain factors. This journal also provides policy recommendations to minimize the negative risks while harnessing the positive potential of political dynasties in the democratization process

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has had a profound impact on education, including at the Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI), where My Best, an elearning application, was created. With this program, users may participate in a variety of academic tasks, including online attendance, discussions, assessments, assignments, and course materials. But pupils continue to face usability difficulties. The System Usability Scale (SUS) technique is used in this study to assess the usability of the My Best program. The approach included 35 current UBSI students who have been using the My Best software for more than seven semesters. According to the assessment, the average SUS score was 70, which is considered to be rather high but still needs work in terms of interface usability and user-friendliness. As a result, although the My Best app is thought to be helpful in fostering learning, improvements are needed to enhance the whole user experience.
