Abstract

This training made herbal tea preparations as traditional medicinal preparations formulated as a treatment for hypertension, gout, and ulcers and innovated into tea bags. Herbal tea bags have several advantages including practicality and ease of use. The training of making herbal tea aims to make Geneng Village independent of herbal tea in the sense that it is independent of the source of raw materials, independent of how to process it, and independent of how to use it, helping the community to carry out herbal tea self-medication in the Geneng Hamlet area, Jambakan, Bayat, providing counseling about herbal tea, how to process traditional medicine, and how to use it, providing learning and practice of making herbal tea, improving the quality of health through herbal tea development education related to the cultivation of herbal medicinal plants. This training began with a preliminary study in Dukuh Geneng, preparation of proposals, preparation of tools and materials, implementation of training, monitoring success, and preparation of the final report. The methods used in this training were lectures (delivery of educational materials), discussions (questions and answers), and training (practice making herbal tea). The results obtained from this training were that the majority of herbal tea making training participants could practice making herbal tea well.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges in Nahwu learning which are often considered complex, where MAN 1 Mataram applies the al-jami'i method—a concise, syntax-based approach—as a solution in the 11th grade students of the Religion Department. The focus of this research is to analyze in depth the implementation of the method, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes carried out by the teacher. As a crucial step, this research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed systematically using the Miles & Huberman model. The main findings show that the implementation of the al-jami'i method is structured and comprehensive. Planning includes setting objectives, materials, methods, and learning media. The implementation is divided into three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities involving exploration and elaboration techniques, and closing activities. Meanwhile, evaluation is carried out comprehensively through formative and summative assessments. In conclusion, the application of the al-jami'i method in Nahwu learning at MAN 1 Mataram is implemented systematically, covering all important stages in the learning cycle to facilitate students' understanding of Arabic language rules effectively. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan dalam pembelajaran Nahwu yang seringkali dianggap kompleks, di mana MAN 1 Mataram menerapkan metode al-jami’i—sebuah pendekatan ringkas berbasis sintaksis—sebagai solusi pada kelas XI jurusan Agama. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara mendalam implementasi metode tersebut, mencakup proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh guru. Sebagai langkah penting, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara sistematis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode al-jami’i berjalan secara terstruktur dan komprehensif. Perencanaan mencakup penetapan tujuan, materi, metode, dan media pembelajaran. Pelaksanaannya terbagi dalam tiga tahap, yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti yang melibatkan teknik eksplorasi dan elaborasi, serta kegiatan penutup. Sementara itu, evaluasi dilakukan secara menyeluruh melalui penilaian formatif dan sumatif. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode al-jami’i dalam pembelajaran Nahwu di MAN 1 Mataram diimplementasikan secara sistematis, mencakup semua tahapan penting dalam siklus pembelajaran untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman siswa terhadap kaidah bahasa Arab secara efektif.
