Abstract

Investing in the capital market, investors need accurate information, so they are not trapped in adverse conditions. One of the information that can be used by investors in assessing a company is financial statements. For investors, financial statements are useful for determining the best and profitable investment decisions. Based on the analysis of financial statements, investors can find out the comparison of the intrinsic value of the company's shares compared to the market price of the company's shares. To measure stock prices, it can be known from the influence of financial ratios on stock prices. Financial ratios are designed to show the relationship between financial statement estimates. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset, Return On Equity ((ROE), and Price Earning to Ratio on Sharia Stock Prices based on Closing Prices in Companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020-2022 period. The research method is quantitative research, technical data analysis using descriptive statistics. The source of research data is secondary data in the form of financial statements and stock prices from companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020-2022 period using purposive sampling techniques. Secondary data processing using SPSS analysis technique version 23. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the study shows that Return On Asset partially does not affect Islamic stock prices, Return On Equity partially has a positive and significant effect on Islamic stock prices, and Price Earning to Ratio partially does not affect Islamic stock prices. Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Price Earning to Ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Islamic stock prices in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020-2022 period.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative research approach. The type of research used in this research is a type of field research, with a sample of 47 respondents. The method used in the analysis is with the help of google forms and for data processing using SPSS statistics 25 Partially the income variable has a significant effect on students' saving awareness at the Mini Bank Laboratory. Thus it can be concluded that the first hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the income variable on saving awareness and is significant, H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. Partially, the financial literacy variable has a significant effect on students' saving awareness at the Mini Bank Laboratory. Thus it can be concluded that the second hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the financial literacy variable on saving awareness and is significant that H2 is accepted and Ho is rejected. Simultaneously there is an influence between income and financial literacy on students' awareness of saving at the Laboratory of the Mini Bank of the Islamic Institute of Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas, which is indicated by the Fcount> F table of 16.347>3.209 while the significance level is smaller than 0.05, which is 0. 000<0.05 so that the effect is 42.6%. Thus it can be concluded that income and financial literacy have a positive effect on saving awareness.

Abstract

The development of the agricultural sector is directed at increasing the productivity of agricultural products to meet the food needs of the people and the needs of the domestic industry, increase exports, increase farmer incomes, expand employment opportunities and encourage business opportunities. In Galing District, most of the people's livelihoods are farming, planting plantation commodities such as rubber. Technically the commodities in Galing District are very supportive, there is still a lot of unused critical land which is a potential for plantation development in the future. One of them is that in Tempapan Hulu Village almost every household in Tempapan Hulu Village works as a rubber farmer. Even though Tempapan Hulu Village is one of the rubber-producing villages in Galing District, the reality shows that not all rubber farming communities live in better conditions and with the same land area but there are different levels of income generated by rubber farmers. This research is a field research with primary data and secondary data. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews. The analytical method used is a qualitative analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the income level of the community in Tempapan Hulu Village is still relatively low because the income of the people who still do not meet the UMK standards of Sambas Regency, the income of the rubber farming community is only around 1-2 million due to low rubber prices and also the rubber farmer's income depends on the weather . For the welfare of the community in Tempapan Hulu Village it is also still relatively low because the income from rubber products has not been able to fully meet the needs of the community and also the education of the community is still low due to damaged road access and also schools that are not provided in the village while for welfare in an economic perspective Islamic society belongs to the perspective of Islamic economics because the community carries out it responsibly and involves Allah in the work and also they perform the dawn prayer first before tapping rubber and in buying fertilizer the community has paid in cash not in debt.
