Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kontribusi dana pihak ketiga dan pembiayaan perbankan syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian applied research yang bersifat eksplanatif dengan pendekatan scientific (ilmiah-empiris). Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui  kontribusi dana pihak ketiga (DPK) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) Kabupaten Sambas adalah sebesar 0.64%. Angka tersebut dapat dikatakan sangat kecil jika dibandingkan dengan kontribusi dana pihak ketiga yang dapat dihimpun oleh perbankan konvensional yaitu sebesar 27.02%. Demikian juga halnya dengan kontribusi pembiayaan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) Kabupaten Sambas, juga menunjukkan angka yang relatif kecil yaitu sebesar 1.17%, jauh dibawah kontribusi pembiayaan yang berhasil disalurkan oleh perbankan konvensional yaitu sebesar 34.39%. Secara umum kontribusi perbankan syariah melalui total dana pihak ketiga (DPK) dan total pembiayaan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) Kabupaten Sambas hanya sebesar 1.81% jauh dibawah kontribusi dana pihak ketiga (DPK) dan pembiayaan perbankan konvensional yaitu sebesar 61.41%. Sebagai implikasi diharapkan agar hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan pihak perbankan syariah dalam mengambil keputusan terutama dalam mengoptimalkan penghimpunan dana pihak ketiga dan penyaluran pembiayaan, sehingga dapat berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan di Kabupaten Sambas. Serta dapat memanfaatkan faktor pendukung secara maksimal dan meminimalisir faktor penghambat agar dapat meningkatkan total dana pihak ketiga dan pembiayaan. Selain itu dapat meningkatkan hubungan kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan dengan berbagai pihak agar kehadiran perbankan syariah dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Sambas.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence the quality of employee service has on the satisfaction of members of the Sharia Harmonious Brotherhood Cooperative. The data used were obtained from questionnaire data that were distributed to Kopernis members. Determination of sample using purposive sample found 60 samples. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression and the hypothesis testing is simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test) and determination coefficient test (R2). The data was processed using SPPS version 22. The multiple regression test in this study is: Y = 4,832 + 570 X1 + -186 X2 + 204 X3 + 458 X4 + -230 X5 + 070 X6. From the calculation of the simultaneous F test, it is obtained 11,957 (sig value 0,000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between CARTER and member satisfaction. Meanwhile, the partial test results (t) show that the variables of Sharia Compliance and Tangibles have a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of members of the Harmonious Brotherhood Cooperative. Sharia, while the variables of Assurance, Reliability, Empathy and Responsiveness do not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the members of the Bonang Syariah Harmonious Brotherhood Cooperative, seen from the results of the determination test (R2) is 0.575.

Abstract

Abstract Economic empowerment of the people means developing an economic system of its own people by the people and for the benefit of the people. It also means improving the ability of the people as a whole by developing and mendinamiskan potential. Resource mobilization efforts to develop the economic potential of the people will increase the productivity of the people. Thus, the people or the people with the environment is able to produce and foster participatory added value increase the prosperity and well-being. There are continuous efforts to improve the economy of the people by strengthening the sector of micro, small and medium, both by the government as policy makers, the private sector (financial institutions bank and non-bank) were enough attention to this sector, or direct community is the driving force with the continued proliferation of barns effort. This was driven by the shift in perspective that had been partly the Community as an employee or employees of being an entrepreneur. One way to strengthen the sector of micro, small and medium enterprises is through micro-financing Islamic, microfinance is an activity of business financing in the form of raising funds on the loan for micro (small) run by entrepreneurs are lower middle income people who have income in below average. The magnitude of the potential of Islamic micro finance will encourage a number of Islamic financial institutions to continue to provide financing facilities to the public, so that all walks of life can be easy to develop a business that has been owned, and for those who would set up a new business. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya indikasi bahwa pasar merupakan salah satu usaha dalam meningkatkan perekonomian seperti menjual kebutuhan sehari-hari. Dengan adanya usaha demikian diharapkan untuk memungkinkan pedagang dalam menciptakan kondisi ekonomi yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Terutama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan para pedagang di pasar tersebut. Agar pencapaian ini dapat dilakukan secara maksimal maka dianggap perlu menggali potensi yang ada untuk dikembangkan lebih jauh lagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dan termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan dimana peneliti terjun langsung kelapangan untuk mendapatkan data pada informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Pasar Rabu berpotensi terhadap peningkatan perekonomian pedagang muslim di Kecamatan Galing Kabupaten Sambas, karena memberikan kepuasan serta target yang ditentukan selalu tercapai.

Abstract

Appearance is a psychological portrait, like a tool to communicate with others. The large number of people who want and need beauty care products will greatly help shape the market potential for beauty care products, so that many companies are taking advantage of this opportunity to produce cosmetics according to their needs. The needs and desires of consumers for cosmetics can lead to increasingly fierce competition in the cosmetic industry market. This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Labels, Prices and Advertising on Lipstick Product Purchasing Decisions in Islamic Economics Study Program Students, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Islamic Institute of Religion, Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas. The subjects of this study were female students of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business with a total sample of 74 female students. The object of this study is Halal Labels, Prices and Advertising on the Purchase Decision of Lipstick Products. The method used is quantitative with the type of research that is field research. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this study includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis test. The results show that Halal label has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the significance of 0.001 < 0.05 and can be seen from the tcount of 3.616, which means tcount 3.616 > ttable 1.66691; price has a no effect on purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the significance of 0.045 < 0.05 and can be seen from tcount of 1,045 which means tcount of 1,045 > ttable of 1,66691; and advertising has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the significance of advertising of 0.017 < 0.05 and can be seen from tcount of 2.456 which means tcount 2.456 > ttable 1.66691.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon due to poverty pressure and further development of the economy and technology, at least in the last decade slowly the participation of women in the public sector seems to be increasing. Women are increasingly visible in economic resources that are no less important than men. Thus, the success of a family in forming a prosperous household cannot be separated from the role of a woman who is so big. The aims of this study were to: 1) Analyze the role of the wife in the household economy in the Tebas People's Market, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. 2) Analyzing the role of the wife in an effort to improve the household economy from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is classified as a qualitative research and case study type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data display, and verification/drawing of conclusions. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded: 1) The role of the wife in improving the economy can already be seen from the role of a woman (housewife in Tebas People's Market) who helps a lot to advance the family economy by taking part in earning a living as a worker. 2) Regarding the Islamic economic review regarding the role and contribution of women in working and increasing family income, respondents have been able to fulfill the Maslahah Dharuriyat, and Hajiyyah levels, while Maslahah Tahsiniyat has not been able to be fulfilled, the work of the female workforce illustrates that by working the wife/housewife participates. feel the struggle of a husband in earning a living in order to be able to create prosperity in the family, because the income earned is also used to meet basic daily needs and also outside basic affairs such as children's education. Abstract

Investing in the capital market, investors need accurate information, so they are not trapped in adverse conditions. One of the information that can be used by investors in assessing a company is financial statements. For investors, financial statements are useful for determining the best and profitable investment decisions. Based on the analysis of financial statements, investors can find out the comparison of the intrinsic value of the company's shares compared to the market price of the company's shares. To measure stock prices, it can be known from the influence of financial ratios on stock prices. Financial ratios are designed to show the relationship between financial statement estimates. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset, Return On Equity ((ROE), and Price Earning to Ratio on Sharia Stock Prices based on Closing Prices in Companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020-2022 period. The research method is quantitative research, technical data analysis using descriptive statistics. The source of research data is secondary data in the form of financial statements and stock prices from companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020-2022 period using purposive sampling techniques. Secondary data processing using SPSS analysis technique version 23. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the study shows that Return On Asset partially does not affect Islamic stock prices, Return On Equity partially has a positive and significant effect on Islamic stock prices, and Price Earning to Ratio partially does not affect Islamic stock prices. Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Price Earning to Ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Islamic stock prices in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2020-2022 period.

Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon that the cooperative producer of joint work business is a form of cooperative that establishes a partnership with PT. Fajar Saudara Lestari in order to distribute and share the results of palm oil production. The Joint Work Business Cooperative (UKB) receives payments or fees from the Company at a rate of 1% of the total sales value of Fresh Fruit Buns (FFB) each month. It can be concluded that the cooperative earns a fairly large income every month, however, the funds are only distributed to members according to the agreement that has been regulated in the cooperative regulations. The focus of this study is 1) What is the role of the Joint Work Business Producer Cooperative in improving the economic capacity of its members? 2) What are the efforts to improve the economic capacity of members of the Joint Work Business Producer Cooperative according to Islamic economics? This study uses a qualitative approach and a Descriptive type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses an interactive model that includes data reduction, data display and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study The role of cooperatives in improving the welfare of members can be marked by an increase in the income of its members. The role of the Karya Bersama Business Producer Cooperative in improving the economic capacity of its members is through a mutual assistance system (ta'awun), without interest and without fines on the savings and loan system. Then, efforts to improve the economic capacity of members of the Karya Bersama Business Producer Cooperative according to Islamic Economics are by establishing cooperation in a network of work partners with the palm oil company PT. Fajar Saudara Lestari so that they get a fee from the cooperation which is distributed to members so that it can help increase income or the economy. The practice of the Karya Usaha Producer Cooperative is in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economics.

Abstract

The context of this research is the Take Over Riba service product, this service product is intended for cooperative members who have joined for at least 12 months with the intention of transferring ribawi transactions from conventional financial institutions, and outside financial institutions to transactions that are in accordance with sharia. This service product does not use collateral, and without interest. This service product aims to release cooperative members from usury activities, and provide enthusiasm to improve the people's economy according to sharia. This research approach is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach focuses more on process research, such as interactions between people in a community, the process of carrying out work, the development of a symptom or civilisation. In this study, researchers explained the aspects of hawalah financing at the savings and loan cooperative and sharia financing ‘Simpul Berkah Sinergi’ Pontianak Regional Representative. The results showed that conceptually the financing practice of takeover usury service products at KSPPS Simpul Berkah Sinergi Cooperative applies a hawalah contract with the imposition of ujrah or fee. The agreement is very cooperative and in accordance with sharia or sharia principles based on DSN Fatwa Number 58/DSN-MUI/V/2007 concerning hawalah bil ujrah, DSN Fatwa Number: 12/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning hawalah, and DSN Fatwa Number 31/DSN-MUI/VI/2002 concerning Debt Transfer. While the inhibiting factor in the practice of take over usury financing is the ineffectiveness of the application of the hawalah contract in the take over usury service product, especially because the people who are members of the cooperative do not know the existence of a hawalah contract with the imposition of ujrah or fees. There needs to be regular socialisation to provide understanding to members in particular and other Muslim communities.

Abstract

Abstract : This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The subjects of this research were culinary traders in Alun Putussibau park, namely food and drink traders. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that 1). Culinary traders in Taman Alun Putussibau are able to implement 3 aspects of the Islamic business axioms, namely balance, free will and responsibility, but have not been able to implement the unity aspect. 2). The obstacle faced by culinary traders in implementing Islamic business ethics is that they prioritize trading rather than carrying out their obligations as a Muslim. Apart from that, there are obstacles in terms of poor waste management regulations, so it is hoped that there will be good cooperation between culinary traders, buyers and the relevant government. 3). The implementation of Islamic business ethics for culinary traders in Taman Alun Putussibau is to increase education about the importance of trading based on Islamic business ethics so that culinary traders can communicate well and in accordance with Islamic law. Abstrak : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Lapangan (Field Research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah para pedagang kuliner di taman Alun Putussibau yaitu para pedagang makanan dan minuman. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1). Pedagang kuliner di Taman Alun Putussibau mampu melaksanakan 3 aspek dari aksioma bisnis Islam yaitu keseimbangan (equilibrium), kehendak bebas (free will) dan tanggungjawab (responsibility) namun belum mampu mengimplementasikan aspek kesatuan (unity). 2). Kendala yang dihadapi pedagang kuliner dalam implementasi etika bisnis Islam yaitu pemikiran lebih mementingkan berdagang daripada melaksanakan  kewajiban sebagai  seorang muslim.  Selain  itu  terdapat  kendala dalam regulasi pengelolaan sampah yang kurang baik sehingga diharapkan adanya kejasama yang baik antar pedagang kuliner, Pembeli maupun Pemerintah terkait. 3). Implementasi etika bisnis Islam pada pedagang kuliner di Taman Alun Putussibau adalah menambah edukasi tentang pentingnya berdagang yang berlandaskan etika bisnis Islam dengan demikian para pedagang kuliner dapat bermuamalah dengan baik dan sesuai dengan syariat Islam.
