Abstract

The aim of this study that titled the descriptive statistics of Market Orientation practice on Export Performance the Mediating role of new product development practice with Positive effect of export performance provides firms with opportunity to grow, and enhance the dynamism in the new product development. In this study, two main strategies that are refer to Market Orientation and new product development is investigated and determines the Export Performance. This study focused in Coffee trading and Factory PLC Ethiopia. The findings showed that the Descriptive effect of Market Orientation on Export Performance the Mediating role of New Product Development Capability. However, the market orientation is much stronger in influence the export performance that affect Market orientation through new product development on Export performance, it designed with Descriptive Statistics to distribute for 384 respondents, and the questionnaires to be distributed from Primary and Secondary Cooperative Union, Coffee supplier, Coffee Collector, Employee of PLC. Hence, this study basically increased the knowledge regarding of the factors that affect the Export Performance, especially in Oromia Regional state West Guji zone Coffee trading and Factory PLC, Ethiopia.

Abstract

The world economy was shifting to new ones. The tourism industry is also changing with new concepts. The local visitors’ behavior has also changed from traditional ones to new ones in last few decades. Currently, Myanmar tourism industry mainly focused on exploring the experience economy for travelers. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of memorable tourism experiences on revisit intention. The purposive sampling method was used in this study. The target respondents were travelers who had experience hiking. Although, the questionnaire was distributed to 150 people, only 140 of them were valid for this study. The descriptive analysis and multiple regression methods used to test the proposed hypotheses. This study found that refreshment, involvement, meaningfulness, and surprise experiences have a positively significant effect on revisit intention.

Abstract

This study will aim to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial skill and entrepreneurial motivation on Business performance, With mediating role of strategic leadership: The case of selected SME Sectors in Guji Zone oromia regional state, Ethiopia. The study was employed a Quantitative research design method by using surveys questionnaire to collect data. The selections of the respondent for this study will random sampling and purposive sampling for  SME owners  and leaders of both zonal and towns job opportunity creation and skill office and  are purposely selected to respond the questionnaires.  Since the Zone is   so large in size, the researcher will select 5 towns Nagele, Adola, Shakiso, Bore and Haro wachu. A total of 382 respondents will be selected as sample size. Estimating the total population as 2,322 owners and job opportunity creation and skill office leaders in 5 towns, the sample size 382 will be determined by using Yamane (1967) Because of its simplicity to use.  The analysis of data is took place by using Classical Linear Regression Model. In this case, the analysis of data involved the use of chi square, correlation and ordinal logistic regression in order to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial skill and entrepreneurial motivation on business performance, with mediating role of strategic leadership. Result indicated that, all variables have positive and significant effect on business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine how New Product Development Strategies significantly impact Managerial Venture Sustainability. The case of Bule Hora University, Ethiopia, and the research philosophy of research paradigms that must be designed in quantitative and deductive research approaches, and researchers have used an exploratory factor analysis (EFA), research design, and the researchers are using the stratified sampling technique, and simple random sampling techniques, as well as a method of data collection from academic staff, administrative staff, and university customers, and the researchers. The data analysis was describe the information that can be analysed from the exploratory factor analysis, based on the correlation matrix, KMO, average variance extracted, factor loading, rotation matrix analysis, scatter plot, and construct the internal consistence of Convergent validity. And it was founded that Strategies for New Product Development effect on Venture Sustainability in Ethiopia. Therefore policy makers should focus more on Strategies for New Product Development for Venture Sustainability
