Abstract

This research proposed a new method to enhance Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) detection attack on Software Defined Network (SDN) environment. This research utilized the OpenFlow controller of SDN for DDoS attack detection using modified method and regarding entropy value. The new method would check whether the traffic was a normal traffic or DDoS attack by measuring the randomness of the packets. This method consisted of two steps, detecting attack and checking the entropy. The result shows that the new method can reduce false positive when there is a temporary and sudden increase in normal traffic. The new method succeeds in not detecting this as a DDoS attack. Compared to previous methods, this proposed method can enhance DDoS attack detection on SDN environment.

Abstract

Sign language is the main tool of communication for people with hearing impairments. Communication is very limited and difficult to understand between normal people who do not know sign language, so an interpreter is needed. Where not everyone, even a few normal people, learns sign language, especially the Indonesian Sign Language System (SIBI). Motion Detection is an important subject in the field of computer vision, which is used by many systems. Today's Internet of Things is very helpful and facilitates daily human activities. An internet network allows a device to be controlled from a considerable distance. This study described a sign language translator tool for the deaf and speech impaired using a raspberry-pi camera and displayed it on the other device monitor. This system was built using the Python programming language and the OpenCV Library. The system is using Haar Cascade Classifier algorithm, where there will be data on all hand shapes based on the letters to be translated. This application uses the OpenCV library and Visual Studio Code IDE software connected to the Raspberry Pi Camera. The publisher will send data to other devices using the MQTT Broker to connect and display detection results to other device monitors wirelessly using a local network. The research was conducted at various distances between the hand and the webcam, from 30cm to 150cm. The research results using the Haar Cascade Classifier method to detect sign language obtained an accuracy of 82%.

Abstract

— Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengoptimasi ukuran data yang dikirim dari perangkat IoT pada sistem monitoring baterai lithium ke server. Dalam penelitian dilakukan perbandingan ukuran data dari beberapa skenario yang terdiri dari penggunaan protokol HTTP dan MQTT serta penerapan data mapping pada format data JSON. Penelitian disimulasikan menggunakan Raspberry Pi sebagai perangkat IoT dan perangkat lunak Wireshark untuk pengukuran data. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan pengubahan protokol menjadi MQTT dan pengunaan data mapping berhasil menurunkan ukuran data yang dikirimkan dari IoT ke server sebesar 13,62%, 73,77% dan 87,62% untuk masing-masing skenario HTTP data mapping, MQTT JSON dan MQTT data mapping dibandingkan dengan skenario HTTP JSON. Penurunan ukuran data menyebabkan berkurangnya biaya jaringan pada sistem monitoring baterai lithium karena biaya jaringan mengikuti besarnya ukuran data. Kata kunci— IoT, HTTP, MQTT, data mapping

Abstract

Abstrak - Sandi Semaphore merupakan sebuah metodekomunikasi dengan cara mengirim sinyal menggunakan alatsederhana seperti bendera dan gerak tubuh. Namun dalamproses pembelajarannya, sandi semaphore mengalami kendalaterkait minat dan ketertarikan siswa dalam mempelajari sanditersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sebuahmodel Semaphore Code Recognition demi meningkatkan minatserta ketertarikan siswa dan masyarakat dalam mempelajarisandi semaphore. Abstract

Aerial Photogrammetry is one of the products from the fields of geography in taking the object, area, or phenomenon on the surface of the earth. Using kamera with a photographic recording process and by the help of a detector in the form of film. In the application, required proper technique in merging images of aerial photographs in order to gain a broader perspective. In this final project, stitching method used in order to merging the images. Image stitching is a method for combining multiple images with overlapping fields of view to produce a panoramic image or picture, the image has a wider viewing angle. Image stitching takes some of the features of the image as a reference in merging overlapping areas, it's named FAST corner detector. The results suggest that the FAST corner detector with a threshold n = 9 appropriate if used in image stitching process that resulted in three classes based on the panoramic image of the cross correlation results, which is the upper class (cc>0.9) on the image with stitching horizontal, diagonal and vertical, the medium class (0.8<cc<0.9) on the image with stitching involves rotation and the lower class (cc <0.8) on a stitched image with scale.

Abstract

Kurikulum sekolah TK meliputi aspek motorik,maupun kognitif bagi anak usia pra-sekolah. Pembelajaran daring selama pandemi membuat anak cepat bosan, karena masa konsentrasi mereka belum bisa lama seperti halnya orang dewasa. Dibutuhkan perangkat bantu agar penyampaian materi lebih menarik dan tidak membosankan. Permainan merupakan salah satu cara penyampaian materi agar anak TK dapat belajar secara menyenangkan. Game edukatif merupakan perangkat bantu yang bersifat menarik bagi anak TK, dan melalui game ini materi pembelajaran dapat disampaikan secara menarik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah melakukan penyuluhan kepada guru PAUD TK Al-Ghifari Sukabirus mengenai cara penyampaian materi pembelajaran melalui game edukatif, serta pelatihan kepada anak TK mengenai cara penggunaan game edukatif tersebut. Game edukatif bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar melalui story telling, peningkatan konsentrasi, serta aspek computational thinking untuk usia pra-sekolah. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di TK Al Ghifari Bandung di dapatkan bahwa perangkat dan modul pembelajaran yang diberikan sangat membantu proses belajar mengajar di TK Al Ghifari. Poin utama yang disasar adalah aspek motivasi dan konsentrasi anak usia TK.
