This research discusses "The Myth of Rain in the Wedding Ceremony of the Jambak Tribe in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh". The purpose of this research is to find out how the background of the formation of myths and describe the views of the community related to the myth of rain in the wedding ceremony of the Jambak tribe in Minangkabau. The theory used in this research is the theory of Levi-Strauss Structuralism. The method used is qualitative method, with data collection techniques of field observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the myth of rain in the marriage of the Jambak tribe in Minangkabau originated from stories passed from mouth to mouth. The arrogant nature of the Jambak tribe in ancient times who insulted an old man who came asking for a little food because he saw they were holding a wedding party. In the end, the insult given by the host to the grandfather received an oath which eventually became a myth in the midst of society. At this time the people of Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh still believe in the myth. However, for the people of Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh, this myth is only believed and becomes a knowledge and is not fully believed even though it did rain when the Jambak tribe had a wedding. The community believes that whatever happens on earth happens with the permission of Allah SWT despite the myth. As an oral tradition, the rain myth in the wedding ceremony of the Jambak tribe in Minangkabau certainly has a meaning contained in it such as symbolic meaning, family meaning and customary meaning.

Gunung Talang, Twin Lake, Gumanti Valley, Hiliran Gumanti and Pantai Cermin sub-districts in Solok Regency, which are dominated by hills and trees, are the cause of unstable signal quality, causing complaints from the public regarding this. So this study is to determine the network quality in Gunung Talang District, Twin Lakes, Gumanti Valley, Hiliran Gumanti, and Pantai Cermin on Telkomsel, XL and Indosat Operators. Checking is carried out using the drive test method using TEMS Pocket on 2G and 4G networks. The quality of the 2G network from the measurement results was obtained for RxLevel all operators was bad and for RxQual was good except for Telkomsel operators.Meanwhile,on the 4G network, measurement results for RSRP and SINR for all operators are bad. Some areas that have problems are recommended for optimization, site passenger and site addition. All of this happens because of obstacles in the form of hills, cliffs, and tall trees at some point. From the results of the study, the quality of the Telkomsel operator's 4G network has an RSRP value of 46.16% and SINR of 61.06%. XL operators have an RSRP value of 42.7% and SINR which is 60.74%.Meanwhile, Indosat Ooredoo has an RSRP value of 43.2% and SINR of 74.6%. As for the 2G network, the quality of Telkomsel's 2G network operator has an RxLevel value of 47.8% and RxQual of 89.49%. XL operators have an RxLevel value of 58.34% and RxQual of 77.62%.Meanwhile,Indosat Ooredoo has an RxLevel value of 46.16% and RxQual is 80.56%.

The study of classical Muslim scholars' economic thought provides valuable insights for the development of contemporary economics. This research specifically analyzes and compares the economic ideas of two significant figures in the history of Islamic economic thought: Al-Ghazali and Al-Mawardi. Al-Ghazali, with his emphasis on ethics and market mechanisms, and Al-Mawardi, who focused on the role of the state in economic management, each made significant contributions to the treasury of Islamic economic thought. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing their key works, namely Ihya Ulumuddin, al-Mustasfa, and Nasihat al-Muluk (by Al-Ghazali) as well as Al-Ahkam as-Sulthaniyyah (by Al-Mawardi). The findings indicate that despite their differing focal points—individual ethics versus institutional regulation—their ideas complement each other in providing a comprehensive perspective on Islamic economics. Furthermore, this study concludes that their economic thoughts remain relevant and applicable in analyzing and addressing contemporary economic issues.

This study examines the effect of competence and work culture on sales marketing performance at PT Danamas Insan Creative Andalan and PT Bank Central Asia Lampung Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach with data analyzed using SPSS v17.0. The results show that competence and work culture have a significant effect on sales marketing performance. Competence, as measured by the understanding of organizational values and its application to the organization's personality, has a significant effect with a tcount> ttable value (3.55> 1.67). This means that the hypothesis that competence affects performance is accepted. Work culture, as measured by the quality of the elements that build it, also has a significant effect on performance with a tcount value > ttable (3.57 > 1.67). This means that the hypothesis that work culture affects performance is accepted. This research proves that competence and work culture both play an important role in improving sales marketing performance at PT Danamas Insan Creative Andalan and PT Bank Central Asia Lampung Branch.

This study plans to look at the execution of the benefit-sharing framework at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syariah in Bandar Lampung City. The quick advancement of Islamic banking, particularly in correlation with regular banking, shows the high open revenue in monetary foundations that consent to Islamic sharia standards. This exploration utilizes a subjective methodology with interview strategies and writing studies, zeroing in on the utilization of the mutlaqah mudharabah contract for Hajj travel costs. Information examination includes data from Bank BRI Syariah Bandar Lampung Branch and considers factors, for example, BI Rate, bank benefit, bank FDR, and economic situations. The outcomes showed that the benefit-sharing framework at Bank BRI Syariah Bandar Lampung Branch depends on income sharing, whereas benefit sharing depends on all-out income before deducting costs. This study aims to determine the effect of digital wallets and product quality on consumer purchase intentions in Geprek MB Lampung. Consumer purchase intention is an attitude of a consumer or potential customer who tends to be interested then makes a decision to spend on the goods or services he wants. This research is of the quantitative type. The population in this study is all customers of all Geprek MB Bandar Lampung consumers during the observation period, which is one month. The total population was 10,985 consumers while for the sample with the solvin technique, 111 respondents were obtained. The result of this study is that partially, digital dmpet and product quality have a positive effect on consumer purchase intent, while simultaneously digital wallets and product quality also have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intent.

Abstract— The increasing demand for high-speed, reliable internet access in the digital era has led to the decline of conventional copper-based networks and the rise of fiber-optic-based solutions. This study focuses on the design and development of a Fiber To The Home (FTTH) network using Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology in Banaran Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency, an area with growing economic activity, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The implementation of GPON is seen as a critical infrastructure enhancement that supports regional development, education, and digital connectivity. The research methodology began with site surveys using Google Earth Pro and QGIS to collect spatial data such as household coordinates and pole locations. This data was then processed using Setics Sttar Planner version 2.3.12, enabling automatic calculation of optimal cable routes, equipment locations, and required component specifications. The resulting FTTH design covers four neighborhood units (RW 1, RW 2, RW 4, and RW 5), serving a total of 630 homepasses. Key components of the network include 1 Optical Line Terminal (OLT), 2 Fiber Distribution Terminals (FDTs), 46 Fiber Access Terminals (FATs), and 125 poles. The power link budget calculation, essential to determining signal feasibility, produced theoretical receive power values between -15.089 dBm and -14.144 dBm. Field implementation and post-deployment measurements were conducted in RW 1 and RW 2 to validate the theoretical model. Adjustments were made due to site constraints, including reductions in splitter and FAT counts, as well as cable length modifications. Measured receive power values ranged from -16.71 dBm to -16.22 dBm, which still fall within acceptable standards defined by PT. iForte Solusi Infotek (between -10 dBm and -21 dBm). The differences between calculated and actual measurements were attributed to splicing quality, variations in cable deployment, and environmental factors. Overall, the study successfully demonstrates the feasibility and efficiency of deploying GPON-based FTTH infrastructure in semi-urban regions like Sukoharjo. The integration of digital tools for planning and field validation ensures optimal network performance, supporting the goal of bridging the digital divide and enhancing socio-economic development in the area.

Abstrak - Sandi Semaphore merupakan sebuah metodekomunikasi dengan cara mengirim sinyal menggunakan alatsederhana seperti bendera dan gerak tubuh. Namun dalamproses pembelajarannya, sandi semaphore mengalami kendalaterkait minat dan ketertarikan siswa dalam mempelajari sanditersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sebuahmodel Semaphore Code Recognition demi meningkatkan minatserta ketertarikan siswa dan masyarakat dalam mempelajarisandi semaphore.
