Abstract

Cash waqf or it also called by Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) is one of the alternative of taking poverty that has implemented in some islamic nations. Cash waqf has opened the unique opportunity for creating an investment religious field, education and sosial attendance. According to the calculation of BWI, the potential of Cash Waqf in Indonesia has achieved at least 180 billions in a year. This study is a research of normative law (doctrinal), which is used library research and juridical normative approach. This research could be concluded that Cahs Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) becomes an alternative way in repairing economy field in Indonesia. In explaining instructions of DSN MUI, the rules of CWLS is written or decided in the instructions of DSN-MUI No. 131/X/2019 about Waqf Sukuk and the instructions of DSN-MUI No. 137/XI/2020 about Sukuk.

Abstract

In the current pandemic era, innovations related to the ziswaf payment model are urgently needed, in era 4.0 the digital role has reached all levels of society, besides that digital is also a way to reduce physical contact between individuals. Thi s research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This paper describes the fundraising approach in the digital era. The innovation of zakat institutions in fundraising is carried out in collaboration with marketplaces 1. Bukalapak, 2. Shope, 3. Tokopedia, 4. Lazada and 5. Blibi. The results of this study found that the five marketplaces combine business techniques with social business through philanthropy. This fusion of business commercial and social business shows the marketplace's concern for philanthropy. In the use of fundraising, each zakat institution and social institution applies different approaches, according to the characteristics of the offering model made by the marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of STEM-fishbone diagram learning on critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of high school (SMA) students. This type of research is Quasi-Experimental Design. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, obtained class XI MIPA 5 (experimental class) and class XI MIPA 7 (control class). The collection technique used is in the form of tests and questionnaires. The research instrument used was a test of the ability to think critically and self-efficacy. The technique uses the MANOVA test. The results of the study stated that there was an influence of STEM-fishbone diagram learning on the critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of high school students in Bandar Lampung, besides that it was also known that there was an influence of STEM-fishbone diagram learning on the critical thinking skills of high school students in Bandar Lampung and there was an influence on learning STEM-fishbone diagram on self-efficacy of high school students in Bandar Lampung.
