Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing (X1) and e-WOM (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) on Street Boba products (studies on consumers in Tangerang City). This research is quantitative research and survey research. The samples taken in this study were 102 respondents. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Primary data processing uses ms. excel and Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26 as evaluation. While the data analysis used in this study includes: instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables Marketing Content (X1) and E-WOM (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions as evidenced by the results of the study where in the coefficients table the sig value is 0.000 <0.1 and the F  hitung value is 150.626 > F table 2.36.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the board of commissioners and managerial ownership on intellectual capital disclosure. The data analysis method used is multiple panel regression analysis so that the direction and magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable can be clearly depicted. This research used Eviews Student 12. The research sample consisted of 23 banking companies from 47 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018- 2022 period. Sampling with certain criteria. The research results show that: 1). The board of commissioners has a negative and insignificant effect on intellectual capital disclosure; 2). Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital disclosure; 3). The board of commissioners and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital discussion simultaneously.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the Influence of Digital Advertising (X1) Scarlett Whitening (X2), and on Sales Performance (Y) on Scarllet Whitening Products. This research is a quantitative research and a survey research. The sample taken in this study was 96 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques. The data analysis used in this study includes: descriptive statistical analysis, instrument analysis test, classical assumption test, italian statistical analysis test, multiple correlation test, determination coefficient test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). ). The results of this study show that the Digital Advertising variable (X1), Scarlett Whitening (X2), simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Sales Performance (Y) shown by the value of Fcal > Ftabel which is (117,746 > 3,094) with a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan upaya membangun berbagai kreasi yang memungkinkan bagi pemberdayaan dan penguatan bagi pengembangan bakat yang telah tergali. Dalam kehidupan, kreativitas merupakan hal sangat penting, dengan kreativitas kita akan terdorong untuk mencoba bebagai macam cara dalam melakukan sesuatu. Stimulasi kreativitas pada anak penting dilakukan karena memiliki banyak manfaat positif untuk perkembangan mereka, karena dengan kreativitas, anak belajar untuk berpikir secara kreatif dan melihat masalah dari berbagai sudut pandang. Hal ini membantu anak mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah di kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu cara mengembangkan kreativitas anak adalah melalui pembuatan karya digital. Karya digital merupakan karya seni atau produk yang dibuat dengan menggunakan teknologi digital atau komputer. Berbeda dengan karya tradisional yang mungkin menggunakan media seperti kanvas, pensil, atau cat air, karya digital melibatkan penggunaan perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras komputer, seperti komputer pribadi, tablet grafis, atau perangkat cerdas. Pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Kampus B Kelurahan Pulau Harapan, Kepulauan Seribu diharapkan mampu menstimulasi kreativitas siswa melalui karya digital
