Abstract

This study looks into how employee motivation and situational leadership affect individual performance in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. Survey methods were used quantitatively to gather data from employees at different organizational levels. The study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in conjunction with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to examine the connections among situational leadership, worker motivation, and individual performance. The findings show that individual performance and employee motivation are both positively impacted by situational leadership. It was also shown that the relationship between situational leadership and individual performance is mediated by employee motivation. Moreover, it was shown that job design and organizational culture were important moderators that increased the effect of situational leadership on worker motivation and the ensuing performance outcomes. These results highlight how crucial motivational work environments and adaptive leadership techniques are for enhancing individual performance in the setting of Indonesian manufacturing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies, namely as the main support for building the foundation of the research being conducted. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from Muhammadiyah Hospitals spread throughout Indonesia as many as Five Hundred people. The data were collected through an online questionnaire containing 5 statements: strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The data used were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Work Innovation variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. In line with the first hypothesis above, the next row also shows results that are in line with the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, namely that the Participative Leadership variable can strengthen the influence of the Work Innovation variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000. This is because participatory leadership can increase employee motivation and enthusiasm in working, making employees more innovative and their performance also increases. Abstract

Pengabdian ini difokuskan pada pengembangan kapasitas Unit usaha BUMDes dengan bidang fokus kemadirian ekonomi dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki desa. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah untuk keberlanjutan tata kelola BUMDes Desa Modelidu dalam menopang perekonomian wilayah kawasan Teluk Tomini. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Pengelola BUMDes umumnya adalah yaitu pengelolaan keuangan yang belum tertata dengan baik, akses jaringan pemasaran, kerjasama dengan sektor swasta dan perbankan dalam memperoleh permodalan. Demikian juga halnya dengan BUMDes yang ada di Desa Modelidu disamping tiga permasalahan di atas juga kurangnya kemampuan pengelola dalam memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam yang dimiliki Desa. Berdasarkan hasil akhir dari pelaksanaan pengabdian melalui KKN MBKM terkait pengembangan kapasitas usaha dan tata kelola diperoleh bahwa telah terjadi adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan wawasan pengelola dalam pengelolaan BUMDes. Selanjutnya ditinjau dari perluasan kerjasama BUMDes Modelidu telah berhasil melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak pemerintah daerah dan pihak swasta, dan wujud dari kerjasama tersebut adalah pengadaan dan penanaman bibit kopi yang pengelolahan pemasarn hasilnya di bawah pengawasan BUMDes. Sementara dari segi pengembangan usaha BUMDes Modelidu telah berhasil melakukan pemberian pelatihan bagi ibu-ibu dasa wisma dalam menghasilkan produk olahan makanan ringan yang pemasaran hasilnya dilakukan oleh BUMDes yang nantinya produk-produk ini akan menambah unit usaha.

Abstract

This activity is carried out as part of a community service program with the primary focus on providing socialization related to the development strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Posso Village and Bubode Village. The research aims to provide understanding to the community, especially those involved in MSME groups, about the importance of a strategy in MSME development, particularly strategies related to Strengthening Access to Capital, Marketing and Branding, and Improving Product Quality. The target of this activity is the MSME groups in the two villages, namely Bubode Village and Posso Village. The socialization activities span over 3 days, starting with gathering information related to the challenges faced by MSME groups in both villages, followed by designing effective development strategies applicable to these groups. Through a participatory approach, the activity involves various stakeholders from both villages to create sustainable solutions collaboratively. The expected outcome of this activity is to make a positive contribution to local economic development and community welfare, as well as to enhance practical understanding and implementation of strategies that can improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in both villages

Abstract

Currently, the involvement of MSMEs in the economic development process is very rapid, considering that their level of productivity must continue to be developed alongside large businesses. MSMEs contribute to labor absorption on average by 96.66% of the total national workforce, while large businesses only contribute an average of 3.32% to the national workforce. The high ability of MSMEs to create employment opportunities indicates that MSMEs have considerable potential to be developed throughout the country. However, on the other hand, MSMEs have many obstacles, namely limited working capital, low human resources, and lack of mastery of science and technology. Providing information and market networks, easy access to funding, assistance and increasing information technology capacity are efforts to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs. Teluk Karya Village needs technology in the midst of globalization. Most of the problems faced are product marketing and their human resource knowledge is still lacking. This Community Service was carried out in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an effort to improve the E-Catalog to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. This effort was motivated by the lack of implementation of the development of E-catalog technology and information in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan, which resulted in a lack of information on the use of marketing through social media, especially using E-Catalogs which could increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Teluk Karya Village, District Lampihong is not optimal yet. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely: 1.) The role of E-Catalog for the Teluk Karya Village community in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the Village, 2.) Increasing the income of village communities, especially MSME actors, in conducting their businesses so that they can compete well and create sustainable community welfare.

Abstract

Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly important field in the current era of digital transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI), is a technology designed to make computer systems able to imitate human intellectual abilities. Artificial intelligence (AI) allows computers to learn from experience, identify patterns, make decisions, and complete complex tasks quickly and efficiently. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is able to connect every device, so that someone can automate all devices without having to be on site. More than that, currently there are many machines that can interpret certain conditions or events with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The processes that occur in Artificial Intelligence (AI) include learning, reasoning, and self-correction. The implementation of AI in human workmanship is to obtain optimal performance results with fast processing times and maximum results. In today's modern era, artificial intelligence (AI) is very necessary to make activities easier, especially in rural areas. So that the village becomes a modern village and is more advanced with today's technology. Therefore, this Community Service was carried out in Cisadane Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an effort to apply artificial intelligence (AI) in learning and teaching activities in Cisadane Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. This effort was motivated by the lack of implementation and lack of human resources in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Cisadane Gorontalo Village, which resulted in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Cisadane Gorontalo Village not being optimal. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely; 1.) The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the people of Cisadane Village in creating a modern and technology-literate Village, by making all activities in the village easier. 2.) Abstract

The allocation of Village Funds to each village is a tangible manifestation of the central government's concern for rural development agendas. The primary objective of providing these funds is to enhance the well-being of the community at the village level through the implementation of various development programs tailored to local needs. However, the disbursement of village funds often sparks controversy at the local level, ranging from a lack of transparency to instances of corruption. This research aims to analyze the community's perception regarding the implementation of village fund utilization for sustainable village development. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of village funds in Mongolato Village has garnered positive responses from the community. The community actively participates in monitoring the use of village funds for development, and the local government allows them to provide feedback, input, and criticism in the development planning process. The Mongolato Village government demonstrates a strong commitment to development to improve the well-being of the community, particularly farmers. In addition to road infrastructure, the village government has also executed various other development programs that have yielded positive impacts.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan dari kemampuan dan motivasi kerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Gorontalo. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dilakukan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner pada responden yang telah memenuhi standar sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kabupaten Gorontalo. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kabupaten Gorontalo. (3) Kemampuan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kabupaten Gorontalo. Besarnya koefisien determinasi atau angka Adjusted R Square adalah sebesar 0,814. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 81,4% variabilitas Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kabupaten Gorontalo dapat dipengaruhi oleh Kemampuan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti variabel budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, penempatan kerja, lingkungan kerja, komitmen kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, serta kompetensi pegawai

Abstract

Abstract This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach that is closely related to E-Catalog and its role in developing tourism in Indonesia. The data used in this article are secondary data that researchers obtain from scientific articles, books, scientific magazines, and a number of other sources related to this topic. The data are collected, selected, and analyzed using the SWOT analysis method which is explained in the following sections. The result in this article show that E-Catalog has many benefits in developing tourism in Indonesia, especially if E-Catalog can go hand in hand with existing technological advances. The benefits in question are that it can increase the quantity of visitors, the finances of tourist attractions, and so on. In contrast to the points mentioned above, the implementation of E-Catalog also has a number of weaknesses and threats, namely, uneven Human Resources, programs that are not running, and capital losses. Abstract

The election of the Regent and Deputy Regent of North Gorontalo in 2024 is experiencing legal tension that has given rise to a Re-Vote (PSU). The uncertainty caused by this legal dispute has led to a decline in public trust in the democratic process and local government. This research aims to identify the strategies implemented by the North Gorontalo Regency Government in rebuilding public trust after PSU. The method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out thematically to outline the condition of public trust and evaluate government strategies. The results of the study show that local governments implement strategies of transparency, open communication, community involvement, and improving the quality of public services. Despite the challenges related to information disclosure and local political dynamics, these efforts have succeeded in restoring some of the public's trust. The research also provides recommendations for future policies, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and active community participation in strengthening public trust.
