Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing ERP in Supply Chain Management with a qualitative approach and measuring demand forecasting quantitatively in UMKM RM Pondok Ciung Tanjungpinang. Data was obtained by the author through direct interviews. Data is managed using the Weighted Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing formulas which will then be tested for error rates. The findings of this study are that RM Pondok Ciung uses Majoo as a Point of Sales (POS) system and the method that is suitable for demand forecasting is the exponential smoothing method which is tested with Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MSE).

Abstract

This program aims to shift the use of paper media in the tariff fairness evaluation activities of the Tariff Monitoring and Evaluation Division at BP Batam to digital media. Information is gathered through employee interviews and surveys. By transitioning to digital media, increased efficiency and reduced operational costs are expected, as well as a positive environmental impact through reduced paper usage.Abstrak: Program ini bertujuan untuk mengalihkan penggunaan media kertas dalam kegiatan evaluasi kewajaran tarif di Divisi Monitoring dan Evaluasi Tarif BP Batam ke media digital. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan survei karyawan. Dengan beralih ke media digital, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan efisiensi dan pengurangan biaya operasional, serta dampak positif terhadap lingkungan melalui pengurangan penggunaan kertas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effects of green customer value, green brand positioning, environmental knowledge, emotional satisfaction, government policies on green purchase intention. And the role of attitude toward green brand which is a mediating variable in this research. This research was conducted in Batam City, Indonesia among diffrent age groups using primary data, namely questionnaires with a total of 290 respondents.
