Abstract

The purpose of this research are find out the service quality at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong and the decision customers to use package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong. The kind of research used is exploratory descriptive. This study uses qualitative primary data and quantitative secondary data. The Determination of the sampling method of sample uses the method accidential. The method of analysis that used descriptive analysis that is data using application SPSS 22. Furthermore, using tabulation analysis. The result show that the service quality at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong already good, but for reliability of package delivery it is still not good because it produces 70.20% and it’s so small when compared to other statements, and then customers decide to use package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong because of the distributors regarding the location and ease of accessing package information.

Abstract

Sistem pembayaran adalah bagian penting dari perekonomian, terutama dalam memastikan bahwa konsumen dan bisnis dapat melakukan transaksi pembayaran. Virus Covid-19 yang baru-baru ini menyerang Indonesia mengganggu transisi negara dari sistem pembayaran tunai ke nontunai, atau dari uang kertas ke uang elektronik. Ini berdampak pada bagaimana mata uang negara beredar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh uang elektronik, alat baca uang elektronik, dan wabah Covid-19 terhadap perputaran uang di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series dengan total 35 observasi. Informasi tersebut diambil dari situs resmi Bank Indonesia dan Badan Pusat Statistik. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laju peredaran uang, uang elektronik, mesin pembaca uang elektronik, dan wabah Covid-19 di wilayah Indonesia, dengan sampel variabel yang sama dengan rentang waktu tahunan dari 2013Q1 hingga 2021Q3. Pendekatan studi yang digunakan adalah OLS dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh faktor independen yaitu uang elektronik, perangkat pembaca uang elektronik, dan wabah Covid-19 memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap perputaran uang di Indonesia. Payment systems are an important part of the economy, especially in ensuring that consumers and businesses can make payment transactions. The Covid-19 virus that recently hit Indonesia disrupted the country's transition from a cash to non-cash payment system, or from paper money to electronic money. This has an impact on how the country's currency circulates. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of electronic money, electronic money reading devices, and the Covid-19 outbreak on the circulation of money in Indonesia. The data collection method used is literature study. The data in this study is time series data with a total of 35 observations. This information is taken from the official websites of Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The population used in this study is data on the rate of circulation of money, electronic money, electronic money reader machines, and the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesian territory, with the same variable sample with an annual time span from 2013Q1 to 2021Q3. The study approach used is OLS using the Eviews 10 software. The findings show that all independent factors, namely electronic money, electronic money readers, and the Covid-19 outbreak, have a significant negative effect on money circulation in Indonesia.
