Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola (ESG) yang dicerminkan melalui ESG score terhadap harga saham perusahaan yang dimoderasi oleh Earning Per Share (EPS). Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan 104 perusahaan pada sektor pertambangan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode dokumentasi sebagai sumber primer. Data skor ESG diperoleh dengan menilai elemen pengungkapan yang berkaitan dengan kinerja Lingkungan, Sosial, dan Tata Kelola yang disertakan dalam laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan sesuai dengan kriteria Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan tahapan analisis yang meliputi, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, pengujian hipotesis seperti uji F dan uji t, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan menggunakan ESG score sebagai variabel independen, harga saham sebagai variabel dependen, serta EPS sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji Environmental terhadap harga saham menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang berarti. Selain itu, adanya Pengaruh ESG terhadap Harga Saham yang dimoderasi oleh EPS memiliki sig. 0.024<0.05, artinya ESG terhadap harga saham yang dimoderasi oleh EPS memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, preference and religiosity on customer decisions in choosing financing at BMT Maslahah Krucil Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population used is customers who do financing at BMT Maslahah Krucil Branch. The sample taken in this study were 86 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is classical hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that brand image, preference and religiosity have a significant influence on customer decisions in choosing financing at BMT Maslahah Krucil Branch.

Abstract

Today the halal industry is in a significant upward trend, ranging from banking, travel, fashion to other businesses. Of course this requires the best plan to support the increase in the halal industry in Indonesia, especially in the field of human resources. This paper uses a literature review of relevant references related to the urgency of human resource management in the halal industry. The importance of human resource development in the development of the halal industry is needed to encourage the development of the halal industry so that it can compete with conventional industries.

Abstract

This paper seeks to provide a new perspective and a new concept in managing sharia-based  talent in the halal industry. By using literature study and data analysis, the author hopes to  make a meaningful contribution to the development of sharia-based talent Sharia-based Talent  Management is an approach that combines modern management principles with Islamic values.  In the context of the halal industry, the implementation of sharia-based talent management can  help improve company performance through the development of human resources with  integrity, fairness, and oriented towards the common good. Thus, the company can get blessings  and success in carrying out its business activities.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between financial literacy and the lifestyle of young married couples on family financial behavior in the Blado Wetan Village. This study utilizes a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research sample consists of 35 young married couples randomly selected from the population of Blado Wetan Village. The results of statistical analysis indicate a positive relationship between the level of financial literacy and family financial behavior (r = 0.65, p < 0.05), as well as a negative relationship between the consumptive lifestyle of young married couples and family financial behavior (r = -0.42, p < 0.05). Furthermore, the findings also reveal that financial literacy plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between the lifestyle of young married couples and family financial behavior. The implications of this research underscore the need to enhance financial literacy among young married couples as a strategy to improve family financial well-being, particularly in rural areas like Blado Wetan Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing savers' interest in Mudharabah Savings (TABAH) at BMT NU Branch Wringin Bondowoso. A quantitative approach was employed in this research involving 45 respondents who are customers of BMT NU Branch Wringin Bondowoso. Data were collected through online and direct distribution of questionnaires to savers. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression to test the relationship between independent variables (trust, risk perception, profit, promotion, and external factors) and the dependent variable (savers' interest in TABAH). The research findings indicate that trust (β = 0.324, p < 0.001), risk perception (β = -0.211, p < 0.05), and external factors (β = 0.178, p < 0.05) have a significant influence on savers' interest in TABAH, while profit (β = 0.097, p > 0.05) and promotion (β = 0.065, p > 0.05) do not have a significant influence. The practical implications of these findings underscore the importance of strengthening trust and reducing savers' risk perceptions towards TABAH through effective marketing strategies and service enhancements. This study provides valuable insights for the management of BMT NU Branch Wringin Bondowoso in enhancing savers' interest in Mudharabah savings products.
