Abstract

Evaluation of the stake model program is a process carried out to measure the effectiveness, success and impact of the implementation of the stake model program in a particular context. The stake model program involves identifying, analyzing, and involving stakeholders in decision making and implementation of a program or project. The aim of this research is to comprehensively analyze the Stake evaluation model, starting from its meaning to how to use the Stake evaluation model in order to maximize various educational programs and provide recommendations to improve their quality. The research design used is the literature review method. Literature study (literature review) is research carried out by researchers by collecting a number of books, journals, articles, research results related to research problems and objectives. The stake evaluation model in carrying out evaluations emphasizes two basic things that must be present, namely description and judgment. These two basic things are further divided into three study objects in evaluation, namely antecedents, transactions, outcomes. The results of the analysis show that the stake model (countenance model) has several advantages, such as being comprehensive in collecting data, the evaluator has the freedom to collect data and translate it and can come up with new theories related to events in the field. While the disadvantage is that it is too subjective in its approach to collecting data, most data is qualitative in nature and costs a lot of money.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the prayer skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 025 Siabu through a practical approach in two learning cycles. Participants consisted of 30 students who showed significant development in their prayer skills. In the initial test, the average score of students' prayer skills was 60%, but after cycle I, the average score increased to 75%, and in cycle II, the average score reached 90%, with a total increase of 30%. Student involvement in learning also increased, from 80% in cycle I to 90% in cycle II. Most students felt more confident in praying, with 85% of students showing a confident and solemn attitude in praying in cycle II, an increase compared to 60% at the beginning of the study. Interviews with students and teachers revealed that the practical approach helped students memorize prayers more easily, increased their self-confidence, and increased interest in learning Islamic Religious Education. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the practical approach is effective in improving students' prayer skills and can be applied to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This service is carried out in the situation of communities that are still hit by the COVID-19 pandemic and make health a top priority to keep life running in a new normal. The current situation makes health an important factor so that people avoid this dangerous virus. The phenomenon in the field can be seen there are still many people who are struggling and afraid to go for treatment. Therefore, we hold devotional activities that can be an alternative for the community in Nagari Padang Lua to utilize family medicinal plants (TOGA) as a supporter of public health. Our method is to strengthen understanding of the importance of family medicinal plants and revive long-lost Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). We cooperate with the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) team in Nagari Padang Lua as a trusted agency so that it can attract the interest of the surrounding community to participate in this activity. The result of this service is expected so that the community has no difficulty in obtaining medicines and can switch back to herbal medicine to maintain public health in times of pandemics. By maintaining health, we hope that the covid-19 virus can be lost on our beloved earth.
