Abstract

Listrik adalah bentuk energi yang dibutuhkan di pembangkit listrik modern. Motor induksi tiga fase adalah motor AC di mana arus mengalir melalui rotor, menyebabkan hubung singkat pada belitan rotor. Pabrik dipilih sebagai sampel karena memiliki batas konsumsi daya sebesar 500 kva yang berfungsi sebagai atas daya unit kecil mengkonsumsi lebih sedikit. Metodologi penelitian ini menguraikan langkah-langkah penulis untuk menyelesaikan karya ini. Tujuan menguraikan metodologi penelitian adalah untuk memberikan panduan yang jelas kepada penulis untuk memfasilitasi penulisan karya ini. Arus pada panel daya I (In motor) terbesar adalah 105 A. Arus maksimum panel daya II adalah 5,98 Ampere. Oleh karena itu, arus pemutus sirkuit MCCB adalah 82,14 Amp. Untuk motor dengan arus nominal 10,6 Amp. Dijelaskan bahwa di daerah dengan tahanan tanah yang tinggi, tahanan tanah bisa setinggi 10 ohm. Sehingga resistensi diatas tanah juga dapat digunakan memenuhi persyaratan

Abstract

Slipform Concrete Paver (concrete printing machine) is one of the equipment in the world of construction and infrastructure, especially in the Rigid Pavement system which aims to cast/print roads in the form of concrete. The use of slipform concrete pavers really supports continuous concrete printing accompanied by guarantees of quality, flatness, slope and very accurate printing points, considering the important role of slipform concrete pavers in casting/printing concrete by checking the amplifier, solenoid valve, generator , and the vibrator motor should get more attention in its maintenance. This study aims to determine the workings of a slipform concrete paver machine that uses a proportional amplifier to the solenoid valve as a proportional valve driver that supplies hydraulic oil to a hydraulic motor to rotate a 3- phase generator that generates electrical energy for a vibrator motor. From the results of the study it was found that the output current from the proportional amplifier greatly affects the output voltage and frequency of the 3-phase generator for the hydraulic motor, then the resistance value of the solenoid valve also determines the hydraulic oil supply that rotates the hydraulic motor as a 3-phase generator player. So the optimal voltage value generated on the 3-phase generator is in the 80 Volt and 110 Volt range, while the optimal frequency value for the 3-phase generator for the vibrator motor is in the 180 Hz and 200 Hz range. the casting material becomes cracked or not good due to trapped air and creates cavities in the casting material

Abstract

The process of sorting ping pong balls based on color is an application that can be automated using microcontroller technology. This research aims to design and build a ping pong ball sorting tool based on the Arduino Uno ATmega328 microcontroller, which is capable of detecting and sorting balls based on color. This tool uses a TCS3200 sensor to identify the color of the balls and controls a servo motor that moves the balls to the appropriate sorting lane. The ping pong balls are inserted one by one, while the color reading and ball grouping are done automatically. The testing was conducted using 15 ping pong balls with 5 yellow balls, 5 green balls, and 5 orange balls. The test results showed that this tool, overall, has an accuracy rate of 96% in detecting and sorting balls according to color with an average time of 2 seconds per ball. Despite several external factors, the system was able to function effectively. This tool is expected to improve efficiency and accuracy in sorting ping pong balls and serve as a basis for further development in similar automated systems. Some errors occurred due to variations in light intensity and incorrect ball positioning, resulting in an overall error percentage of 4%.

Abstract

The warehouse gate is the most important front security component, usually has a very large and heavy dimension. So it takes power to open and close it. In the design research of a miniature automatic warehouse gate based on nodemcu esp8266 with internet of things control to make it easier to open and close the warehouse gate with an electronic circuit that can be controlled by a cellphone or laptop via the blynk application. To control the system on this miniature warehouse gate tool, NodeMcu ESP8266 is used as a center for data processing. The PIR sensor is used as a sensor to detect movement located in front of the gate. After that there is an IBT 2 module to control the voltage that will be forwarded to the drive motor and can also change the direction of motor rotation, a 12 v DC Gearbox motor as a driver for the warehouse gate, and there is a 16x2 LCD to display the process that occurs on the gate as output. The use of NodeMCU ESP8266 as a liaison between the Blynk application using an internet network with a maximum distance of 16 meters. The data results from the rotation of the DC motor in the process of opening the gate door are 185 rpm, in the process of closing the gate door 204 rpm and without being exposed to the load of the warehouse gate door 250 rpm, the voltage on the DC motor when rotating with an input voltage of 12.10 v and an output voltage of 4.76 v and the detection distance of the PIR sensor movement from a distance of 0 cm to 200 cm
