Abstract

Inpatient services may have an effect on the level of efficiency in the hospital which is wrong in the inpatient indicator that is BOR, ALOS, TOI, and BTO that have not comply with MOH standard. To analyze the wealth of using the bedroom at RS ELISABETH MEDAN. This type of research is descriptive . Document study instrument review guide (daily census of inpatient in the journal). The results showed that the value of BOR, ALOS, TOI, and BTO was high enough to exceed the ideal rate according to Manistry of Health, highest BOR in Elisabeth Medan with BOR value 98%, lowest BOR in Melania room with 76.8%, TOI highest in room and Mari-Marta room with value 12,76%, lowest TOI value in room Shanto Yosef with value 1,13%. The conclusions used by many outdoor beds in accordance with the Manistry of Health were given the results of the overall BOR room 81.18 according to the Manistry of health Standard 60-85%. ALOS value 86.125% whereas According to Ministry of Health Standard 6- 9 days, BTO Value 12.7river on According to Ministry of Health Standard 40-50 times and value of TOI 7.99 days According to Standard Depkes 1-3 days. Divide To the officer to improve the quality of service to patient.

Abstract

Myopia is a condition where distant objects cannot be displayed clearly on the retina. The aim of the research is to determine the incidence of myopia in school-aged children in Trenggalek district. Myopia is the cause of decreased vision in school-aged children, good vision is needed in the teaching and learning process. The aim of this research is to provide education about hypertension to respondents (MIK students). The research design uses pre-experimental design, using one group pretest and post-test design. The sample was 14 respondents. Chi-Square Statistical Test Results What was obtained was that 68.46% of students did not understand what myopia was and after counseling, 86.92% understood what myopia was.

Abstract

Ethics is a branch of axiology, namely the science of values, which focuses on the search for right and wrong or in another sense, moral and immoral. Smartphones are one of the results of technological developments that have advanced capabilities where students are one group of smartphone users. This research aims to increase students' knowledge about the ethics of using smartphones in communication. This research uses a survey method, namely by giving a survey questionnaire regarding understanding of ethics in communication and its prevention to students. The results of counseling and education for 19 students of the Health Information Management Study Program showed that the average knowledge of the community at the pretest was 92.6% and at the posttest it was 98.9%, which shows an increase in the average knowledge of students.
