Abstract

The Village-Owned Enterprise program is expected to have a positive impact in boosting the village economy. Therefore, a mature strategy is needed from the Village Government through the Village-Owned Enterprises program to identify and utilize local potential in the village. This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by the Wonoasri Village Government in an effort to empower the community's economy through the Dana Asri Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise program, as well as identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of these strategies. This research adopts the concept of Wheelen and Hunger's theory of strategy implementation, which consists of Programs, Budgets, and Procedures.The method applied in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study, the technique of determining informants was carried out by applying the snowball sampling method.  The data collection techniques are through the stages of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model theory. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of community economic empowerment strategies carried out by the Wonoasri Village Government through the Dana Asri Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise program is realized through the development of 3 types of business fields, namely 1) savings and loan business, 2) culinary market business, 3) livestock business. The strategy of the Wonoasri Village Government through the Dana Asri Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise program has run optimally due to supporting factors such as adequate capital and infrastructure. However, there are limited human resources that become obstacles in the implementation of strategies carried out by the Wonoasri Village Government through the Dana Asri Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah agar mitra dapat melakukan strategi-strategi dalam memasarkan produk Nilaku Cangkring melalui media sosial. Media sosial saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan wajib bagi pelaku bisnis terutama sebagai sarana pemasarannya. Banyak sekali manfaat yang bisa diperoleh dari penggunaan media sosial, diantaranya murah, cepat, jangkauan luas, serta tidak terbatas waktu. Pemasaran bisa menjadi semakin efisien dan efektif. Pengabdian ini dilakukan kepada pelaku usaha budidaya ikan nila. Nama usahanya adalah Nilaku Cangkring. Bentuk pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan cara mentransformasikan strategi pemasaran yang semula tradisional menjadi digital. Metodenya dengan cara membuatkan akun media sosial Facebook, Instagram, dan Tik Tok. Mitra diberikan pelatihan cara memasarkan produk melalui media sosial. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah mitra memiliki akun media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran yang mulanya mitra tidak memiliki media sosial sama sekali. Akun yang baru dibuat saat ini sudah memiliki banyak pengikut. Nama akun Facebooknya adalah Nilaku Cangkring, nama Instagramnya adalah nilaku_cangkring, dan nama Tik Toknya adalah nilaku. cangkring. Facebook yang awalnya jumlah pengikutnya 0 sudah mencapai 1.000 pengikut, Instagram yang awal dibuat pengikutnya 0, saat ini sudah mencapai 2.377 pengikut, Tik Tok yang awal dibuat pengikutnya 0 menjadi 229. Hasil selanjutnya adalah mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan untuk memasarkan ikan nila melalui media sosial sehingga konsumen semakin banyak. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari fitur-fitur media sosial yang sudah aktif dan berjalan.

Abstract

The digital transformation of village public services requires the readiness of all community groups, including rural women who play a strategic role in village administration and public services. However, limited digital literacy has hindered women’s groups from independently accessing digital public services. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of women’s groups in accessing digital public services to support administrative independence in Suci Village, Panti Sub-district. The implementation methods include socialization, digital literacy training, assistance in using village digital public services, and activity evaluation. The target participants are women’s groups actively involved in community and village administrative activities. The results indicate improved understanding and skills among women’s groups in accessing digital public services, as well as increased women’s participation in village administrative processes. This community service contributes to strengthening village administrative independence and promoting more inclusive digital public services.
