Abstract

The house is one of the primary needs that must be met by Indonesian people who do not meet livable standards. One of the efforts to be carried out in the infrastructure section, aims so that people get a decent place to live. To realize having a livable house must be planned and prepared properly. This research is reviewed from the problem of many houses that do not yet have decent housing standards. The Government's Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) is intended to encourage and increase the self-sufficiency of low-income people in improving the quality of their homes, as seen from the quality of roofs, floors and walls of the house along with infrastructure, public facilities and facilities that meet health, safety, comfort requirements. and bathroom facilities. In the BSPS program as an alternative to poverty alleviation policies by providing direct material assistance for the housing construction process. Based on the intent of the BSPS program objectives according to the BSPS program implementation team in Indonesia, especially in Rembang Regency, the aim of the BSPS program is to improve the quality of life of low-income people to obtain livable housing. that most people respond well to the BSPS program in Japrejo Village and Sumberejo Village Recipients of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS), however, it is not uncommon for people to refuse due to limited funds which are considered insufficient. Satisfaction of building recipients after receiving assistance from Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) in obtaining assistance. Construction/improvement of houses for low-income people to ensure their quality meets the livable requirements of the BSPS program where assessment is carried out in the Structural and Non-Structural sections according to the house criteria livable

Abstract

Penataan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang merupakan suatu kegiatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota Semarang yang telah terlaksana selesai hingga tahap ke 2. Pembenahan perbaikan serta pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur jalan secara berkala perlu dilaksanakan untuk kedepannya dalam upaya pelestarian Kawasan cagar budaya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas perubahan sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur jalan Kawasan Kota Lama pasca revitalisasi serta menganalisis hal-hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian penting dan perlu ditingkatkan terhadap sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur jalan terkini Kawasan Kota Lama dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif survey. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner terhadap pengunjung Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang dan data responden adalah nama, jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan. Responden tambahan dari ahli yang berkompetensi dan berpengalaman dengan kriteria responden diharapkan merupakan pelaku yang terlibat langsung mengenai penataan kawasan kota lama semarang ataupun dari instansi pemerintahan yang terkait. Hasilnya berupa kepuasan masyarakat yang kemudian dianalisis menjadi pemetakan mengenai atribut sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur jalan KKLS pasca revitalisasi yang menjadi bagian atribut prioritas-prioritas mana saja untuk selanjutnya diperoleh pendapat ahli dari pihak yang terkait. Diperoleh hasil perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Indeks dengan menentukan Mean Importance Score (MIS) dan Mean Satisfaction Score (MSS) sebesar 72,07 % dari nilai CSI tersebut masuk dalam kategori Puas, terletak di range kriteria antara 66% - 88%. Sedangkan untuk hasil perhitungan IPA (Important Performance Analysis) didapatkan kepuasan masyarakat pengunjung terhadap sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur jalan Kawasan Kota Lama pasca revitalisasi masuk dalam 4 kuadran, yang kemudian dianalisis sehingga diperlukan perawatan perbaikan berkelanjutan kedepan.

Abstract

Cost planning is a crucial aspect in the implementation of residential construction projects, especially for structural work which absorbs the largest portion of costs. The accuracy of cost estimates is greatly influenced by the unit price analysis method used. This study aims to analyze and compare the costs of residential structural work based on the 2025 Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) with the actual calculation approach in the field. The scope of structural work analyzed includes foundation work, sloof, columns, beams, and floor slabs. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with data collection stages in the form of working drawings, technical specifications, work volumes, and material prices and labor wages. Next, the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) was calculated using AHSP 2025 and compared with costs based on the contractor's calculation method or previous standards. The results of the study show a difference in costs. The cost of concrete structural work using the manual method was obtained at Rp. 148,066,698.96, using the semi-mechanical method at Rp. 147,807,726.06 and using the ready-mix method at Rp. 141,875,406.73. The percentage of concrete work using the semi-mechanized method compared to the manual method can save 0.17%, while the ready-mix method can save 4.18%. This research is expected to provide a reference for planners, contractors, and academics in improving the accuracy of cost estimates and understanding the implications of implementing AHSP 2025 in residential projects.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi guna meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan produktif. Proyek pembangunan Gedung Tahfidz SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Purbalingga sebagai salah satu kegiatan konstruksi memiliki potensi bahaya yang cukup tinggi, baik yang berasal dari penggunaan alat berat, pekerjaan di ketinggian, maupun paparan material konstruksi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan sosialisasi K3 konstruksi perlu dilakukan sebagai upaya preventif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan kepatuhan pekerja terhadap standar keselamatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyampaian materi secara langsung, diskusi interaktif, serta pemberian contoh penerapan K3 di lapangan, seperti penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) dan penerapan prosedur kerja aman. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pekerja mengenai pentingnya K3 serta kesadaran dalam menerapkan prosedur keselamatan selama proses pembangunan berlangsung. Dengan adanya sosialisasi K3 konstruksi ini, diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka kecelakaan kerja, meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan, serta mendukung kelancaran dan keberhasilan proyek pembangunan Gedung Tahfidz SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Purbalingga secara optimal dan berkelanjutan.
