Abstract

Regional development is an integral part of national development efforts which are emphasized through the principle of regional autonomy. According to the theory of government spending, when the government allocates a budget for development activities, it will contribute to an increase in aggregate spending and strengthen the country's level of economic activity. In other words, through government spending on regional development, it can encourage overall economic growth and increase economic activity in the country. The purpose of this study is to see that Grant Expenditure and Social Assistance Expenditure partially and simultaneously affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product, as well as to propose ideas for implementing good governance in the Bogor District Government so that Grant Expenditures and Social Assistance Expenditures can increase the impact that better towards growth and equity of the economy through the Gross Regional Domestic Product. The results of this study indicate that the X1 variable (Grant Expenditure) has a positive effect on Y (Gross Regional Domestic Product/GDP) of 0.266, the X2 variable (Social Assistance Expenditure) has a negative effect on Y (Gross Regional Domestic Product/GRDP) of -0.528 and also there is a significant influence between X1 (Grant Expenditures), and X2 (Social Assistance Expenditure), together on Y (Gross Regional Domestic Product/GRDP).

Abstract

Kineirja pegawai ialah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang dibeirikan kepadanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, pengembangan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada instansi Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Riau. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang (tiga puluh empat) orang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang (tiga puluh empat). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengembangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Serta, secara simultan pelatihan, pengembangan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada instansi Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Riau. Adapun besaran pengaruhnya ditunjukkan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,991 atau sebesar 99,1% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 99,1% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan, pengembangan dan pengalaman kerja, sedangkan 0,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of risk management and performance management on the Islamicity performance index. Islamicity performance index measurement uses Profit Sharing Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio, and, Islamic income vs. non-Islamic income, while risk management uses Non Performing Financing/NPF and Finance to Deposit Ratio/FDR measurements and performance management uses Return On Asset/ROA measurements. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and cross section methods from 2010 to 2022 in order to obtain 7 Islamic Commercial Banks that met the criteria. Analysis of the data used to test the hypothesis using SPSS version 26. The results of the study show that non-performing financing has effect on the Profit Sharing Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio has effect on the Profit Sharing Ratio, and Return On Assets has effect on the Profit Sharing Ratio. Non-performing financing has no effect on the Zakat Performance Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Zakat Performance Ratio, and Return On Assets has an effect on the Zakat Performance Ratio. Non-performing financing has no effect on Islamic income vs non-Islamic income, financing to deposite ratio has no effect on Islamic income vs non-Islamic income, and Return On Assets has an effect on Islamic income vs non-Islamic income.

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce Islamic banking in detail. The subject of this community service is the people of Cibitung Wetan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. In community service activities are carried out based on counseling methods or interactive lectures. The result of this community service is that counseling and introductions about Islamic banking will be carried out in depth and detail by involving the Cibitung Wetan Village with the Center for Islamic Economics and Business Studies at Institut Agama Islam Sahid Bogor, then a process such as routine counseling on sharia banking will be carried out. With this community service, it can be concluded that this activity aims to introduce literacy about Islamic banking to all levels of society in Cibitung Wetan Village as well as by carrying out activity evaluations when introducing Islamic banks.
