Abstract

Learning effectiveness is a measure related to the success rate of a learning process. The author categorizes the criteria for the effectiveness of learning methods in this study referring to student learning outcomes. When conducting observations, researchers found that many students' learning outcomes were not complete or many of their scores were still below the KKM. Due to this fact, the researcher was encouraged to use one of the TPS (Think Pair Share) type cooperative learning models. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Think Pair Share method on student PAI learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains of students. writer approached this research with a qualitative approach from a case study. The design of this research is class action or often called Classroom Action Research (PTK). With the results of class action research for 2 cycles using the TPS method and 1 pre-cycle using the lecture method, student learning outcomes have improved. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of class action research to determine the effectiveness of the Think Pair Share method on PAI learning outcomes in class VI SDN Kotabatu 04 is that learning using the TPS method is said to be effective when compared to the lecture method that PAI teachers usually use in every PAI lesson, the results are clearly indicated by the achievement of the target student learning outcomes of more than 75% with indicators of success in improving learning outcomes in the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains of class action research results.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research that uses a correlation approach. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaire, and documentation methods. Questionnaires are used to obtain data about Learning Motivation (X), and student achievement results, namely report cards to obtain data about student achievement (Y). The sample in this study amounted to 53 samples using the probability sampling method and sampling calculations using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMK Nurul Hidayah 1 Bogor. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this research states that there is a relationship between learning motivation (X) and student achievement (Y) in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMK Nurul Hidayah 1 Bogor. The magnitude of the influence can be seen in the Model Summary table, namely the R square value of 0.179 (17.9%). The magnitude of the relationship between learning motivation and student learning achievement is 0.423. The R value (0.423) is in the range 0.40 – 0.599 with a medium level of relationship. Therefore, the conclusions from this research can be stated as significant and there is a relationship between learning motivation (X) and student achievement (Y) in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMK Nurul Hidayah 1 Bogor.

Abstract

The development of learning methods and media is very important in learning in schools or madrasas, learning will be said to be effective if you choose the right learning methods and media because it can facilitate teaching and learning activities, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education so that learning objectives are achieved. To improve competence in learning at Madrasah Diniyah Al Ihya, our team of lecturers from STIT Insan Kamil Bogor provides abdimas counseling activities on the development of PAI learning methods and media, as alternative solutions to existing problems. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide counseling regarding alternatives to several learning models and after understanding the various models and learning methods presented, Madrasah Diniyah Al Ihya teachers are expected to be able to teach with various alternative methods so that learning objectives can be achieved if problems occur, especially regarding interests and student interest. The research method used is a qualitative method, namely by collecting data in the form of surveys, direct observations and counseling. The results of this study are the increasing competence of educators in the form of knowledge and understanding of the Majlis Al-Ihya congregation in the development of PAI learning methods and the skills of the congregation in developing PAI learning methods are increasing. Keywords: Islamic Religious Education, methods, learning media Abstrak Pengembangan metode dan media pembelajaran sangatlah penting dilakukan dalam suatu pembelajaran di sekolah maupun madrasah. Pembelajaran dinyatakan efektif jika penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan sesuai untuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), sehingga tujuan pembelajaran akan tercapai. Tim dosen STIT Insan Kamil Bogor telah memberikan kegiatan seminar abdimas tentang pengembangan kompetensi guru melalui seminar metode dan media pembelajaran PAI dengan tujuan para pengajar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Al Ihya untuk mengatasi permasalahan mengenai minat dan ketertarikan anak didik. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Madrasah Diniyah Al Ihya menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data berupa survei, pengamatan langsung dan seminar.  Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, hasil pengamatan melalui metode survei yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kegiatan menunjukkan hasil dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan dan meningkatnya kompetensi pendidik berupa pemahaman dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran PAI, sehingga metode dan media pembelajaran ini efektif untuk digunakan di pembelajaran khususnya di Madrasah Diniyah Al Ihya. Abstract

Environmental issues, particularly the increase in waste volume, have become a global problem that requires decisive action from all sectors of society. In education, the challenge lies in raising environmental awareness and equipping the younger generation with relevant knowledge for the 21st century from an early age. The objective of this study is to explain how the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model is applied in non-organic waste recycling activities at MI Tahfizh Al Falakiyah and to examine how it impacts students' environmental awareness and skills in the modern era. To support the research findings, a qualitative-descriptive method supported by quantitative data was employed. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and student project assessments. Data validity was tested using source triangulation. The model used by Miles and Huberman for data analysis included presentation, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The research results showed that the implementation of PjBL in the waste recycling project was successfully carried out and helped students learn contextually. Students' environmental awareness increased as a result of this process. This was demonstrated by changes in their perceptions of waste and their understanding of the 3R principles (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle). Additionally, this approach effectively instilled modern skills, such as innovation in transforming waste into valuable items and collaboration in projects. Project assessment results showed that most student groups were able to create recycled items effectively; this indicates that the project was successful. Thus, the PjBL model with waste recycling activities is an effective and sustainable way to teach MI Tahfizh Al Falakiyah students important skills and environmental awareness.   Keywords : Learning Implementation, Waste Recycling, Environmental Awareness, 21st Century Skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of risk management and performance management on the Islamicity performance index. Islamicity performance index measurement uses Profit Sharing Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio, and, Islamic income vs. non-Islamic income, while risk management uses Non Performing Financing/NPF and Finance to Deposit Ratio/FDR measurements and performance management uses Return On Asset/ROA measurements. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and cross section methods from 2010 to 2022 in order to obtain 7 Islamic Commercial Banks that met the criteria. Analysis of the data used to test the hypothesis using SPSS version 26. The results of the study show that non-performing financing has effect on the Profit Sharing Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio has effect on the Profit Sharing Ratio, and Return On Assets has effect on the Profit Sharing Ratio. Non-performing financing has no effect on the Zakat Performance Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Zakat Performance Ratio, and Return On Assets has an effect on the Zakat Performance Ratio. Non-performing financing has no effect on Islamic income vs non-Islamic income, financing to deposite ratio has no effect on Islamic income vs non-Islamic income, and Return On Assets has an effect on Islamic income vs non-Islamic income.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the beginning reading skills of grade 1 students of SDIT Al Yasmin 2 Bogor through the application of the Reading Aloud method with flashcard media. This method has been proven effective in improving children's beginning reading skills. The research was conducted in two cycles involving 13 students. The results showed a significant improvement in students' beginning reading skills after applying the Reading Aloud method with flashcards media. Learning activities with this method increased students' interest and motivation in reading, expanded vocabulary, and improved text comprehension. The recommendation of this study is to adopt the Reading Aloud method with flashcards media in learning beginning reading in grade 1.

Abstract

This research discusses the relationship between student character and learning achievement in PAI subjects at Insan Kamil Junior High School, Bogor. This research was motivated by the poor performance of Indonesian students, based on the International Student Assessment Programme’s 2018 report, which ranked Indonesia in the bottom 10 out of 79 Southeast Asia countries. This research aims to: (1) determine the state of the student’s character, (2) determine the state of the student’s learning achievement, and (3) determine the relationship between the student’s character and PAI learning achievement at Insan Kamil Bogor Junior High School. The population of this study consisted of only class VII students of Insan Kamil Junior High School Bogor, totaling 147 students. The sampling method and the number of respondents was 105. Data collection methods use observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on a simple linear regression analysis, we get the equation Ŷ=48.264+2.651X. the results of hypothesis testing (Pearson correlation) show that the student’s character variables have a significant relationship with learning achievement in PAI subjects at Insan Kamil Junior High School Bogor, and the correlation coefficient is 0.476. However, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), the adjusted R square value is 0.219. This indicates that student’s character variables collectively have a significant influence on the learning achievement in PAI subjects at Insan Kamil Bogor Junior High School, namely 21.9%. The remaining 78.1% was influenced by other variables not investigated in this research.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to increase knowledge and skills in planning, compiling and managing Islamic finance for the Pasarean Village Community, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The problem faced is the first, limited knowledge of sharia-based financial planning. Second, the lack of skills and ability to prepare budgets for sharia-based financial management. The solutions to these problems include: first, training to increase knowledge about sharia financial planning. Second, training in preparing an ideal budget. It is hoped that this solution will be able to plan and compile budgets for Islamic financial management so that they do not have a lifestyle with the desire to follow an emerging or developing trend that can lead to hedonism and other detrimental characteristics. The output of this activity is an increase in knowledge and an increase in skills in preparing the budget which shows the enthusiasm to immediately implement sharia family financial planning.

Abstract

Implementation of the sharia financial should be directed not only focused on banking activities. Sharia financial system is intended to provide benefits to the economy as a whole, including the management of family finances. Any religion in line with this concept is primarily Islamic as a mercy to the universe. This community service program aimsto socialize sharia economy in family financial management, by taking lessons from family in Ciasihan Village. The result shows the spirit to immediately implement the sharia family financial planning.
