Abstract

This educational entertainment-based interactive learning media aims to maximize the teaching and learning process to make it easier and more enjoyable so that it can increase students' interest in learning, especially financial literacy, 3D animation material. Apart from that, teachers can also create questions for students to work on without having to correct them manually because of this system. equipped with an automatic error correction feature based on answers made by the teacher and an educational entertainment system on this website. It is also equipped with mini flash games so that the site content becomes more diverse, and the material is equipped with animation. Content updates can be done dynamically via the admin panel. This educational entertainment-based interactive learning media was developed using the Prototype system development methodology and system development tools using UML (Unifield Modeling Language). In developing this educational entertainment website, the programming languages PHP, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery MySQL Database, and Sublime Text were used as editors. text and Adobe Flash Professional CS6 as image editor. From the results of this research, an edutainment website was created which contains learning material features in the form of animated images, video tutorials about 3D animation, photos of teaching and learning activities for students majoring in multimedia engineering, educational games, discussion forums and multiple choice questions.

Abstract

In kindergarten, understanding each student's activities is crucial for evaluating their learning and adaptation to the school environment. However, manually tracking individual student activities during class is challenging for kindergarten teachers. This paper proposes using face recognition for kindergarten students as a preliminary step to monitor and record their activities. The process involves converting video footage of students into digital images. Faces are detected using the Viola-Jones method, and feature extraction on the images is performed using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. Euclidean Distance is then applied to recognize the students' faces. Our experiments utilize 70 images for training data, consisting of 5 different images from each of the 14 students. The experimental results demonstrate an accuracy of 91.42% when testing 14 new images of the students

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive digital era, digital business strategies with digital marketing are key to increasing company competitiveness and sustainable innovation. Companies must be able to utilize digital platforms and media effectively to reach a wider range of consumers and build closer relationships with consumers. This study aims to identify digital business strategies with digital marketing that are effective in increasing company competitiveness and sustainable innovation. This study uses a literature review method to collect and analyze various literature related to effective digital marketing strategies. Digital marketing has become a key element in digital business strategies, namely by: 1. Utilizing digital platforms and media, 2. collaborating with other companies and influencers to reach consumers effectively, 3. Dividing digital marketing based on the type of social media, 4. Creating digital content, 5. Analyzing consumer data with AI and Machine Learning, 6. Optimizing the company's website. By understanding the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, companies can develop strategies that are more focused and responsive to rapid changes in the business environment. Overall, this study shows that digital business strategies with effective digital marketing in increasing competitiveness and sustainable innovation can provide significant results for companies in the digital era.

Abstract

The New Student Admission Selection (SPMB) plays an essential role in ensuring equal educational access in Indonesia. However, during SPMB 2025 at SMPN 40 Samarinda, many candidates living nearby did not choose the school as their first preference, suggesting that perceptions and school image significantly influenced their choices. This study aims to analyze new student parents sentiments toward SMPN 40 Samarinda using the Naïve Bayes algorithm combined with the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) technique. Data were collected from 42 respondents and categorized into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments. The model achieved an accuracy of 86%, precision of 56%, and recall of 63%, showing that Naïve Bayes performs effectively on limited data, though less sensitive to minority classes. The analysis revealed that most parents expressed positive perceptions, indicating growing trust that SMPN 40 Samarinda can support students’ character development. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening school image and service quality while highlighting the potential of machine learning–based sentiment analysis as a data-driven approach to understanding educational perceptions.

Abstract

Abstrak − Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem monitoring pH tanah berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk diterapkan pada lahan perkebunan jambu citra. Meskipun teknologi pertanian modern semakin berkembang, hingga saat ini banyak petani yang masih bergantung pada metode tradisional dalam memantau kondisi tanah, seperti dengan pengamatan manual melihat kondisi tanaman secara langsung. Sistem yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini menggabungkan sensor pH tanah untuk mengukur tingkat keasaman tanah, mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai pengolah data, LCD 16x2 I2C untuk menampilkan informasi lokal, serta aplikasi Blynk sebagai media monitoring jarak jauh. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk memberikan alternatif yang lebih efisien dalam pemantauan tanah secara real-time, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas lahan perkebunan jambu citra. Penelitian ini masih berada pada tahap perancangan dan belum dilaksanakan di lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan sistem monitoring pH tanah yang lebih praktis dan aplikatif di masa depan, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam pengelolaan lahan perkebunan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Sistem monitoring; pH tanah; Internet of Things (IoT); NodeMCU ESP32; Pertanian modern Abstract − This study aims to design a soil pH monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to be applied to the land of Citra guava plantations. Although modern agricultural technologies are continuously evolving, many farmers still rely on traditional methods to monitor soil conditions, such as manual observation of plant conditions. The system designed in this study integrates a soil pH sensor to measure soil acidity, a NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller for data processing, a 16x2 I2C LCD for local information display, and the Blynk application as a remote monitoring medium. The purpose of this design is to provide a more efficient alternative for real-time soil monitoring, with the hope of improving the productivity of Citra guava plantations. This research is still in the design stage and has not yet been implemented in the field. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for the development of a more practical and applicable soil pH monitoring system in the future, as well as contribute to more effective and efficient land management in plantations.Keywords: Monitoring system; soil pH; Internet of Things (IoT); NodeMCU ESP32; Modern agriculture
