Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Komunikasi Akuntansi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Bank Indonesia Cabang Palu. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Komitmen Organisasi (X1) dan Komunikasi Akuntansi (X2) serta Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari karyawan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia Kota Palu yang berhubungan erat dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program statistic SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Komitmen Organisasi dan Komunikasi Akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,333 atau 33.3% yang menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan komunikasi akuntansi memengaruhi kinerja karyawan Bank Indonesia Cabang Palu. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66.7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model (e). Secara parsial komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komunikasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Indonesia Cabang Palu. Komitmen organisasi mendorong pencapaian kinerja karyawan yang baik, hal tersebut ditopang oleh standar kerja yang professional dengan imbalan jasa atau insentif yang memadai. Kondisi pekerjaan tersebut memberi ruang yang sempit terhadap hubungan anggota keluarga karyawan Bank Indonesia Cabang Palu. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dapat disarankan secara organisasi perlu disediakan waktu dan terjadwal libur keluarga karyawan Bank Indonesia Cabang Palu.

Abstract

Disasters only bring impacts, particularly on the economic aspects of communities. All aspects, both directly and indirectly, ultimately lead to the loss of income potential for the community as a livelihood. Therefore, one of the efforts to address these issues, especially for household economies, is to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit through community engagement activities in the form of Islamic entrepreneurship education. This activity aims to increase entrepreneurial interest among disaster-affected communities. The activity was carried out at Huntap Duyu with 50 participants in an offline session at the Huntap Duyu Mosque. The method used was through presentations and discussions with the participants. The activity's outcome is the community's increased interest in entrepreneurship to enhance household economic self-reliance.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve community digital literacy, especially in terms of transaction security and personal data protection in digital marketing activities. The activity was carried out in Kayumalue Ngapa Village, North Palu District, with an educational-participatory approach involving residents, MSME players, and digital media users. The implementation of the activity was carried out through several stages, namely initial observation, interactive lectures, educational video screenings, as well as discussion and question and answer sessions. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding and awareness of the importance of maintaining digital data security, as well as the emergence of a more cautious attitude in online transactions. Participants welcomed the simple, visual, and applicable method of delivering the material. This activity shows that participation-based education is effective in building collective awareness of cyber threats, and needs to be continued with further technical training to strengthen the community's practical ability to deal with digital risks.
