Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di PT Cipta Kridatama site Dizamatra Powerindo Lahat pada stripping overburden Fleet CE4226 SW Timur menggunakan kombinasi 1 Excavator CAT 395 memuat 3 OHT CAT 775 dan 2 OHT CAT 773. Nilai produktivitas fleet sudah mencapai target perusahaan, namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat delay time sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan match factor tanpa menambah alat mekanis dan biaya produksi. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis perhitungan match factor berdasarkan cycle time dan jumlah alat yang beroperasi, data diambil lebih dari 30 data dalam sebulan pada Bulan Februari 2023. Data primer berupa data cycle time alat gali-muat dan alat angkut, geometri jalan, sedangkan data sekunder terdiri dari spesifikasi alat, peta pit penambangan dan waktu kerja. Jarak loading point ke disposal IPD Asta berjarak 1.500 meter. Hasil rekapitulasi data dan perhitungan menghasilkan nilai delay time sebesar ± 2 menit, Efektivitas kerja alat sebesar 75%, dan match factor sebesar 0,9 (terdapat waktu tunggu pada alat gali-muat). Usaha perbaikan match factor dengan melakukan pengurangan jumlah passing 1 kali pengisian, sehingga meminimalkan waktu tunggu maksimal 1 menit serta mengurangi penggunaan alat angkut menjadi 4 unit didapatkan match factor 0,92 hingga 1,04.

Abstract

The implementation of information technology by government agencies, particularly through e-government services, has become a necessity to improve the quality of public services. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Banyuasin Regency has provided a website as a digital platform to facilitate various population administration services. The effectiveness and user satisfaction of this website need to be evaluated to determine whether the service quality is optimal. This study aims to evaluate the quality of website services using the E-GovQual method, which measures the dimensions of efficiency, reliability, trust, and user support. Data were obtained through a questionnaire completed by 273 respondents from the Banyuasin Regency community. The results are expected to provide an overview of user satisfaction levels and identify dimensions that require improvement.
