Abstract

Abstract. This research was motivated by the existence of patients who did not seek treatment at FKTP because they were dissatisfied with the quality of service at FKTP. This research used a cross-sectional approach at the Pratama Dental Clinic, Ciamis Regency from March to December 2023 with 130 patients as respondents. The results of the research show that patient perceptions of dentist services are quite good and patients feel quite satisfied with dentist services so that patient perceptions of dentist services have a relationship with patient satisfaction with p value = 0.014 (<0.05) so the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is a relationship Patient perceptions of dentist services and patient satisfaction with BPJS Pratama Dental Clinic in Ciamis Regency. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pasien yang tidak melakukan pengobatan ke FKTP karena merasa tidak puas dengan mutu pelayanan di FKTP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional di Poli Gigi Klinik Pratama Kabupaten Ciamis pada bulan Maret hingga Desember 2023 dengan responden sebanyak 130 orang pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan dokter gigi cukup baik dan pasien merasa cukup puas terhadap pelayanan dokter gigi sehingga persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan dokter gigi memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan pasien dengan p value = 0,014 (<0,05) sehingga hipotesis diterima artinya ada hubungan persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan dokter gigi dengan kepuasan pasien BPJS Poli Gigi Klinik Pratama di Kabupaten Ciamis.
