Abstract

Psychological well-being is something that is important in realizing the tasks of adolescent development. This research uses a qualitative method carried out with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenological research is a type of qualitative research that looks and hears more closely and in detail an individual's explanation and understanding of their experiences. The subjects in this study were 7 people. The results of this research show that the level of psychological well-being of TPQ teachers who are still teenagers is still relatively high. Furthermore, the aspects of self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, mastery of the environment, life goals and personal growth are also at a high level.

Abstract

Sanggar Bhineka merupakan tempat dimana kegiatan pembelajaran tambahan untuk anak yatim yang keluarganya meninggal karena virus covid-19. Dalam Sanggar Bhineka Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdiri dari 10 anak yang berasal dari sekolah dasar yang berbeda-beda. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berlokasi di halaman Sanggar Bhineka di Kabupaten Sukoharjo, kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti sebanyak 10 anak dari berbagai sekolah dasar yang berbeda. Tujuan pengabdian ini sebagai sarana meningkatkan kekompakan dan kerja sama pada anak Sanggar Bhineka di Kabupaten Sukoharjo.

Abstract

PKK is a sub-district community organization that is able to mobilize sub-district community participation in development, and also plays a role in sub-district growth activities. The PKK organization has been institutionalized at the central, provincial, district, sub-district and sub-district levels. The PKK organization in Sindon Village consists of several PKK groups which exist according to the division of cadres. In Sindon Village there are several hamlets, where ward IV itself includes 3 (three) hamlets, namely Sambiroto, Brajan and Manukan. In each hamlet there are several Neighborhood Units (RT), Sambiroto Hamlet has 3 RTs, Brajan Hamlet has 2 RTs and Manukan Hamlet has 2 RT. Where each RT in the hamlet has its own PKK group. This service activity is located in the MI 2 Sindon yard which is in Sambiroto Hamlet. This service activity was attended by 24 participants from three hamlets. The aim of this service is as a means of increasing the cohesiveness and cooperation of PKK Kadus IV Sindon Village
