Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen pendistribusian Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah (ZIS) oleh LAZ Risalah Charity terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik di Koto Tangah dengan pendekatan metode CIBEST (Center for Islamic Business and Economic Studies). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan survei yang mengumpulkan data dari mustahik penerima bantuan ZIS. Sampel penelitian diambil dari penerima manfaat bantuan ZIS LAZ Risalah Charity. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendistribusian ZIS oleh LAZ Risalah Charity memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik, terutama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar seperti pangan, sandang, dan papan. Selain itu, program pemberdayaan ekonomi yang diimplementasikan turut berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup mustahik. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa 90% keluarga mustahik masih berada dalam kategori indeks kemiskinan materiil. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendistribusian ZIS saja belum cukup untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, dan masyarakat untuk merancang program-program yang lebih komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. This study aims to analyze the management of the distribution of Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) by LAZ Risalah Charity on the welfare of *mustahik* in Koto Tangah using the CIBEST (Center for Islamic Business and Economic Studies) method. The research employs a quantitative method by conducting surveys to collect data from *mustahik* who receive ZIS assistance. The sample is drawn from recipients of ZIS aid provided by LAZ Risalah Charity. The collected data is analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results indicate that the distribution of ZIS by LAZ Risalah Charity has a positive impact on improving the welfare of *mustahik*, particularly in meeting basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. Additionally, economic empowerment programs contribute to enhancing the quality of life of the *mustahik*. However, the study also finds that 90% of *mustahik* families remain in the material poverty index category. This indicates that ZIS distribution alone is insufficient to fully address poverty issues. Therefore, synergy between the government, non-governmental organizations, and the community is needed to design more comprehensive and sustainable programs.

Abstract

The village is deliberated as the smallest government organization that has the closest association with the community and various potentials as an economy driver towards sustainable development. The economic capability that exists in Gunungkidul Regency refers to economic potential that can be developed to become a source of livelihood for the village. Village-Owned Enterprise or BUMDes is a business entity owned by the village, which was initiated as an effort to improve the welfare of the village’s people. BUMDes AMANAH was assigned in carrying out business activities, which are waste management, goods and services trading, and tourism. From the economic potential analysis of villages in Piyaman District, Piyaman, Wonosari, Gunungkidul, sectors that are covered are agriculture, agro-industry, agribusiness, crafts, natural beauty and educational tourism. This study employs qualitative research, which aims to describe and explain the natural data obtained thatput the researcher as the key instrument. Data collection with purposive sample and snowball resulting in an emphasis on generalization implication, and data quotations from facts revealed in the field, to be later presented in reports. Meanwhile, the existing business units require optimization efforts in various way to be sustainably implemented with strategies set based on internal and external constraints. Service optimization on existing business units require new breakthroughs in increasing revenue. Efforts to increase the capacity of Human Resources in managing BUMDes are also required. The role of the village government and full support for the progress of BUMDes are counted, by providing policies in business unit development and facilitation as well as reinforcing collaboration with Pentahelix synergy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school leadership in enhancing the quality management of education at SMAN 2 Linggang Bigung, Kutai Barat Regency. The methodology employed in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the principal, teachers, and representatives of the school committee. The findings indicate that the diversity of leadership styles, such as participative, transformational, and collaborative, significantly contributes to the improvement of educational quality. The strategies implemented, including teacher training, project-based learning, and parental involvement, have had a positive impact on the quality of learning and student motivation.Despite challenges such as budget constraints and resistance from some teachers, the collaborative efforts made by the principal demonstrate great potential for improving educational quality in the region. This research emphasizes the importance of inclusive leadership and adaptive strategies in creating an effective learning environment. The principal should continue to strengthen collaboration with various stakeholders and develop structured training programs for teachers to enhance their competencies in implementing innovative teaching methods. With these measures, it is hoped that SMAN 2 Linggang Bigung can continue to improve educational quality and produce graduates who are ready to compete in the global era. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kantor Pos Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leader member exchange dan kepercayaan terhadap kepemimpinan baik secara persial maupun simultan pada kepemimpinan dikantor pos kota sungai penuh. Kedua, untuk mengetahui varibel manakah yang paling dominan leader member exchange dan kepercayaan dalam kantor Pos kota sungai penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan 38 responden, dengan menggunkan metode kuantitatif, Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan hubungan antara leader member exchange  dan kepercayaan karyawan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan pada kantor Pos Kota Sungai Penuh baik secara persial maupun secara simultan. Dan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kepemimpinan adalah kepercayaan.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how the integration of information systems and data science can build a data-driven campus environment to face the challenges of the digital era. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study of scientific journals, articles, reports, and academic documents, as well as a case study of the implementation of web-based mobile information systems at Institut Bakti Nusantara (IBN). The results show that combining digital information systems with data science techniques increases administrative efficiency, reduces data manipulation, and provides data that can be analyzed for more accurate and predictive decision-making.

Abstract

Puting beliung merupakan salah satu cuaca ekstem ditandai dengan sebuah fenomena angin berputar dengan kecepatan lebih dari 60-90 km/jam yang berlangsung sekitar 5-10 menit sebagai akibat adanya perbedaan tekanan yang besar pada area dengan skala kecil di sekitar awan cumulonimbus. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kejadian cuaca ekstrem yang terjadi di Tanjungpandan dengan menggunakan citra satelit melalui aplikasi SATAID untuk mengetahui pola pertumbuhan awan konvektif yang menyebabkan terjadinya puting beliung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis suhu puncak awan sebelum, selama dan setelah kejadian putting beliung, mengamati karakteristik awan, mengkaji arah dan kecepatan pergerakan angin menggunakan data NWP dari satelit Himawari -9, data diolah dengan perangkat SATAID. Berdasarkan analisis hasil didapatkan suhu permukaan mengalami peningkatan sehingga memicu pemanasan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penguapan masif. Hasil identifikasi citra satelit Himawari-9 menunjukkan adanya awan konvekif ditandai dari suhu puncak awan pada fase matang mencapai -57,40C dan kecepatan pergerakan awan sebesar 57 knot. Beberapa faktor tersebut mengindikasikan tanda-tanda terjadinya fenomena puting beliung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the Work Environment partially has on Employee Performance, to analyze how much influence Work Motivation partially has on Employee Performance and to analyze how much influence the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, this study uses a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The number of samples in this study used saturated sampling, the sampling technique of which all members of the population were used as samples, this study consisted of 46 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and observations. Based on the results of partial testing of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, the t-value was 1.363 <2.017 (ttable) and had a significant number of 0.180> 0.05. Based on the decision- making criteria, it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, this indicates that there is no positive and significant influence between Work Environment and Employee Performance. And based on the partial test results of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, the calculated t value is 3.531> 2.017 (t table) and has a significant number of 0.01 <0.05. Based on the decision-making criteria, it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, this indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation and Employee Performance. While based on the calculation results in table IV.16, the calculated F test results obtained are 34.246 when compared to the F table (alpha = 0.05 df = 3.21), then the f table value is 3.21 with a significant value of 0.05. So that the calculated F value > F table (34.246 > 3.21) and significance (0.001 < 0.05) then there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Motivation Simultaneously on Employee Performance
