Abstract

The village is deliberated as the smallest government organization that has the closest association with the community and various potentials as an economy driver towards sustainable development. The economic capability that exists in Gunungkidul Regency refers to economic potential that can be developed to become a source of livelihood for the village. Village-Owned Enterprise or BUMDes is a business entity owned by the village, which was initiated as an effort to improve the welfare of the village’s people. BUMDes AMANAH was assigned in carrying out business activities, which are waste management, goods and services trading, and tourism. From the economic potential analysis of villages in Piyaman District, Piyaman, Wonosari, Gunungkidul, sectors that are covered are agriculture, agro-industry, agribusiness, crafts, natural beauty and educational tourism. This study employs qualitative research, which aims to describe and explain the natural data obtained thatput the researcher as the key instrument. Data collection with purposive sample and snowball resulting in an emphasis on generalization implication, and data quotations from facts revealed in the field, to be later presented in reports. Meanwhile, the existing business units require optimization efforts in various way to be sustainably implemented with strategies set based on internal and external constraints. Service optimization on existing business units require new breakthroughs in increasing revenue. Efforts to increase the capacity of Human Resources in managing BUMDes are also required. The role of the village government and full support for the progress of BUMDes are counted, by providing policies in business unit development and facilitation as well as reinforcing collaboration with Pentahelix synergy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether electronic word of mouth (e-Wom) and price perceptions partially and or simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. The research location is Gunung Kidul University, Yogyakarta. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire via google form which has been tested for validity and reliability with SPSS 26. The results of the overall validity test of the statement items are valid and reliable. Descriptively, the statement items presented get a score in the agree category. Based on statistical tests, there are no problems in either the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test or hypothesis testing. This research model is normally distributed based on the Kolmogorov Smirnov and P-Plot tests. There is no multicollinearity because the tolerance value is 0.787> 0.10 and the VIF value is 1.270 < 10.00. The Glejser test results show that there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity. The r test shows that the correlation between X and Y is 0.462 with a strong or moderate category. The r2 test has a value of 0.214, which means that X1 and X2 are able to explain Y by 21.4%. The t value of X1 and X2> t table, namely 2.598 and 6.003> 1.968. The results of f count> f table, namely 36.312> 3.029. So it can be concluded that partially or simultaneously, e-wom and price perceptions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace by Gunung Kidul University students. Suggestions for future research with similar titles can use or add other variables that can contribute more to the dependent variable.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate an integrated food security management using the Food Security Monitoring Information System, called “SIPEKAN” (Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Ketahanan Pangan) in Gunungkidul Regency, Yogjakarta, Indonesia. This study is a research and development-type of research (Research and Development) with the development model presented by Plomp (2013). The target groups are the community, farmers, agricultural extension workers, the agricultural service, the trade service, and the local government of Gunungkidul Regency. This research is expected to provide an integrated food security management equipped by the Food Security Monitoring Information System, called "SIPEKAN", which can be one answers to ensure food security in Gunungkidul Regency. By using SIPEKAN, it is projected that the community/farmers will easily sell their agricultural products, agricultural field workers will easily input agricultural potential data in each assisted area, the agricultural office and trade office will easily monitor product availability in each area in Gunungkidul Regency, and the Gunungkidul Regency Government can also employ the monitoring results provided by information system as a basis for policy making.
