Abstract

Discussions are taking place on Islamic legal viewpoints and women's role in politics. When it came to the prospect of a female president in Indonesia, Islamic political groups were adamant in 1999; however, they have since "revised" their stance. Through a variety of positive strategies, they attempt to legitimate women's leadership within a nation. It is crucial to undertake research on women's leadership from the standpoint of siyasah fiqh in light of this situation. Descriptive analysis is combined with qualitative approaches in this study. In this study, secondary data was gathered from relevant documents or files, whilst primary data was gathered through observations of activities and phenomena. Despite disagreements on this point, the research indicates that, according to the Islamic perspective, women pursuing leadership roles should have the right to be picked and chosen. Regarding women's leadership in politics, there are various fiqh siyasah points of view. The majority of the classical Sunni Siyasah Syar'iyah Ulama, such as Imam Al-Ghazali, require men, although some do not, such as al-Mawardi and Ibn Tarmiyah.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' low mathematical communication skills and the fact that the learning models used by teachers were not yet varied. Therefore, researchers tried to apply the TGT type cooperative learning model. This research aims to determine whether or not the TGT type cooperative learning model influences students' communication skills in vocational schools. This research is quasi-experimental research using a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study was all students in class. Data was obtained from the initial and final ability tests in the form of mathematical communication questions. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test. Based on the data analysis and discussion results, a conclusion was obtained, namely that the mathematical communication skills of students who took part in learning using the TGT type cooperative learning model were higher than those using conventional learning.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of teachers' roles in fostering students' academic culture at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, with a focus on strengthening religious values, learning discipline, and active student participation in the academic environment. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the implementation of teachers' roles in fostering students' academic culture at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo. The research subjects included teachers and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. Data analysis was conducted inductively through data reduction, presentation, and verification stages with triangulation and member checking to ensure the credibility of the research findings. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of teachers' roles at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin contributes significantly to building students' academic culture holistically. Teachers serve as academic and religious role models who not only transfer knowledge but also instill the values ??of honesty, discipline, responsibility, and Islamic ethics in the learning process. A clear learning structure through regular scheduling, academic achievement targets, and regular evaluations has been shown to encourage student discipline and independence in learning. Furthermore, active student engagement in discussions, academic projects, and learning support activities strengthens a collaborative and participatory academic culture. These findings confirm that quality teacher-student interactions, systematic learning, and active student participation are key factors in creating a sustainable academic environment and developing students who are intelligent, have character, and are morally upright.
