Abstract

  Al-Qur'an, sebagai pedoman untuk semua manusia, terus-menerus dipelajari dari masa ke masa dari berbagai perspektif. Ini meliputi sejarah penurunannya, proses pembukuan, interpretasi, makna tersirat, tata bahasa, hingga cara membacanya sesuai dengan variasi qiraat. Qiraat, yang merupakan plural dari qiraah, mengacu pada berbagai cara membaca teks Al-Qur'an yang diwariskan dari Rasulullah. Studi tentang qiraat adalah bagian integral dari pemahaman Al-Qur'an dan penafsirannya, khususnya dalam konteks fikih. Penelitian ini, melalui metode telaah pustaka, mengkaji implikasi perbedaan dalam penulisan huruf antara riwayat Hafs dan Syu'bah terhadap ayat-ayat hukum, yang dapat menghasilkan perbedaan dalam hukum fikih. Jika tidak ada perbedaan dalam hukum fikih, maka penelitian akan berfokus pada analisis linguistiknya. Abstract The Qur'an, as the final revelation and eternal miracle of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), exhibits a unique and profound linguistic magnificence. One prominent aspect of the Qur'an is its qira'at, the variations in recitation of the same text with significant implications for understanding religious law. This research focuses on comparing the farsy al-ḥuruf (variations in letters) between the qira'at of Hafs and Shu'bah in the legal verses (Aḥkām) of the Qur'an, exploring differences in meaning and interpretative implications. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach by gathering data from relevant exegesis literature. Findings indicate that these variations in farsy al-ḥuruf have significant implications for understanding Islamic jurisprudence, highlighting the importance of historical and linguistic contexts in Qur'anic interpretation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of capital structure, investment decisions, and sales growth on company value in Consumer Goods Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research with secondary data in the form of financial statement documentation. The technique of collecting funds with purposive sampling and the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The population in this study are Consumer Goods Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. This study realizes the need to focus on all aspects of financial reporting before deciding to invest, not only looking at increasing sales, but also at the level of capital management to produce good operational activities. From an investment perspective, investors need to consider aspects such as capital structure, investment decisions, and sales growth before deciding to invest in a company.
