Abstract

Fundraising strategies have an important role in increasing the acquisition of zakat funds, but zakat management institutions in implementing fundraising strategies are less than optimal so that seen from the amount of realization of zakat fund collection in Indonesia has a large gap with the potential. This research aims to explain the fundraising strategy at YDSF Surabaya in increasing the acquisition of zakat funds and explaining the obstacles faced by YDSF Surabaya in conducting fundraising activities. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Researchers used data collection techniques from interviews using purposive sampling techniques, observation, and also documentation. The result showed that YDSF Surabaya in conducting fundraising strategies used two methods, namely direct fundraising and indirect fundraising conducted offline and online. The obstacles faced are not all fundraising officers master the product, the difficulty of obtaining donor numbers, the less optimal collection throgh institution’s application, the disconection of functions between divisions, limited human resouces and the emergence of similar programs in other amil zakat institutions. By using fundraising strategies, YDSF Surabaya can increase the aquisition of zakat fund every year.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of wadi'ah savings and non-performing financing (NPF) on profitability (ROA) in the Precise Syariah Financing product at PT Bank BTPN Syariah during the period 2015 - 2023. Using an associative quantitative approach. The study conducted by researchers using secondary data derived from BTPN Syariah quarterly financial statements for the period 2015 - 2023. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis through Eviews 12 as a data processing tool. The study results showed that an increase in wadi'ah savings significantly positively contributed to an increase in ROA, while an increase in NPF had a significant negative effect. The regression model developed was able to explain 71.15% of ROA variability. This finding explains that an increase in wadi'ah savings tends to increase profitability, while an increase in NPF tends to decrease the level of profitability of BTPN Syariah. The implication is that banking management needs to focus on managing the increase in wadi'ah savings and improving the quality of financing to increase profitability. This study provides important insights for Islamic banking management in optimizing financial performance, especially in the context of the Tepat Pembiayaan Syariah product and contributes to the literature on factors affecting the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This study contributes to the Islamic banking literature, but has limitations in terms of the research period and variables used. Future research is expected to expand the scope of variables and periods in the study to obtain generalized results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Experience dan Customer Value terhadap Minat Masyarakat dalam pengembangan destinasi wisata halal DECORATION (Detached Coral Reef Education) di Pantai Mutiara, Trenggalek. Sebagai destinasi yang baru dikembangkan, Pantai Mutiara memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai objek wisata halal edukatif yang tidak hanya menawarkan rekreasi tetapi juga memberikan edukasi tentang pelestarian terumbu karang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 100 responden yang pernah mengunjungi Pantai Mutiara. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Experience tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Masyarakat, sementara Customer Value berpengaruh signifikan secara positif. Dengan demikian, dalam pengembangan destinasi wisata halal, aspek Customer Value harus lebih diperhatikan agar dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat lokal dalam mendukung pengembangan Pantai Mutiara sebagai destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan dan ramah wisata muslim. Limitasi penelitian ini mencakup keterbatasan sampel yang hanya melibatkan 100 responden yang pernah mengunjungi Pantai Mutiara, sehingga hasilnya mungkin tidak dapat digeneralisasi untuk seluruh masyarakat. Selain itu, penelitian ini hanya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, yang mungkin membatasi kedalaman pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat mengembangkan metodologi kualitatif untuk memperoleh wawasan yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Pariwisata halal merupakan sebuah konsep yang muncul sebagai jawaban terhadap kebutuhan dan minat wisatawan yang mengacu pada layanan, fasilitas, dan aksesibilitas yang dikostomisasi dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi wisatawan muslim.  Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan pengaruh accessibility dan amenity dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal DECORATION (Detached Coral Reef Education) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Pantai Mutiara Kabupaten Trenggalek.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form dengan 100 responden dan memakai rumus milik Slovin dalam menentukan jumlah sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mencangkup uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik yang mencangkup uji heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan normalitas, serta uji hipotesis yang berisi uji T dan F serta analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel accessibility dan amenity terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal ini dikarenakan semakin optimalnya accessibility dan amenity suatu wisata halal maka akan meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dan pada akhirnya berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat.  Pada penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada faktor accessibility dan amenity terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya agar menambah faktor lain yang mendukung dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal untuk memaksimalkan hasil studi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kesadaran masyarakat dan pengetahuan lingkungan terhadap pengembangan ekonomi hijau melalui pariwisata syariah di Pantai Mutiara, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 100 responden, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat dan pengetahuan lingkungan menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan ekonomi hijau, baik secara parsial dan juga simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam mendukung pengembangan ekonomi hijau melalui konsep pariwisata syariah. Batasan kajian dalam penelitian ini meliputi lokasi penelitian yang terfokus pada Pantai Mutiara di Kabupaten Trenggalek dan variabel yang diteliti hanya mencakup kesadaran masyarakat dan pengetahuan lingkungan sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan ekonomi hijau. Batasan ini dimaksudkan untuk memastikan penelitian tetap terarah dan mendalam pada konteks pariwisata syariah di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Indonesian society with a Muslim majority can invest using the Sharia capital market, where the Sharia capital market is an investment facility for the Muslim community based on sharia principles. Methods: The research method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis techniques by collecting data in the form of writings from previous research and arranging them to see the results of the data that has been collected, this technique does not use numbers for statistical testing or classical assumptions. Results: The Islamic capital market in Indonesia has made a significant contribution to economic growth from 2019 to 2023. This contribution is reflected in the increase in assets and capitalization of the Islamic capital market, which not only shows absolute growth but also an increase in the proportion of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP). With consistent growth in assets and capitalization and an increase in the number of investors, the Islamic capital market plays an important role in increasing financial inclusion and national economic stability. The efforts of the government and OJK in strengthening regulations and product innovation in this sector are expected to continue to drive sustainable growth in the future.  Conclusion and suggestion: The conclusion of this study highlights that the development of sharia products, OJK regulations, and product innovation have a significant positive impact on long-term economic growth. The sharia capital market also has great potential to support long-term economic growth and financial inclusion, with the hope that strengthening regulations and innovation will continue to drive positive contributions to the national economy.

Abstract

                The escalating rivalry in the workforce necessitates that the younger generation, particularly students, possess exceptional qualities to thrive. State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are increasingly favored by Generation Z for their financial stability and perks; however, student interest is shaped by various aspects, including monetary compensation, certification quality, and the caliber of the MBKM program. Comprehending the determinants that affect UNESA students' inclination towards a career in SOEs prior to graduation is essential for enhancing human resource development in Indonesia. This study to examine the factors that affect the interest of Surabaya State University students in pursuing careers in State-Owned Enterprises prior to graduation. This study evaluates many elements, including financial incentives, certification quality, and the quality of the MBKM program, to ascertain career choices within the SOEs sector. The study employs a quantitative methodology and design. The purposive sampling method identifies the sample, resulting in a sample size of 101 pupils. Researchers gather primary data on a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, derived from a questionnaire that constitutes the focus of the study. This study encompasses many assessments, including the research instrument evaluation (validity and reliability), classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination assessment, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) utilizing SPSS version 25 software. The results reveals that financial incentives, certification quality, and MBKM quality significantly enhance Unesa students' enthusiasm in pursuing careers in state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The coefficient of determination indicates that 61.5% of the variation in student interest is explicable by the independent variables in the model.
