Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality, price, and facilities on customer satisfaction at Wuling Arista Bekasi. The automotive industry faces increasing competition, requiring each car dealer to attract customers through various strategies based on their offerings. Consumers generally desire faster and better car buying and selling services. Car dealers, including Wuling Arista Bekasi, must achieve customer satisfaction through various tactics to consistently provide high-quality services. The results of the study indicate that the three variables play an important role in shaping customer satisfaction. Most respondents are satisfied with the quality of service provided, consider the offered prices to be competitive, and appreciate the adequate facilities. However, there is an expectation for more promotions and facility improvements to further enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In an increasingly digital era, e-banking has become an integral part of financial life, but concerns regarding information security and online fraud are increasing. This research aims to understand how cyber crime attacks, such as phishing and identity theft, influence users' perceptions and trust in the security of e-banking products. Through data analysis and interviews, this research tries to identify factors that influence users' level of trust and offers useful insights for financial service providers in increasing user security and trust in e-banking

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap peningkatan penjualan tiket di PT. Langsir Cibatu Tour & Travel di Cikarang. Dalam konteks industri pariwisata yang sangat kompetitif, harga dan promosi merupakan faktor kunci yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan PT. Langsir Cibatu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap penjualan tiket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan tiket, di mana penurunan harga dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Selain itu, promosi yang dilakukan secara aktif, seperti diskon dan paket wisata menarik, juga terbukti meningkatkan penjualan.
