Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this Community Service Activity (PKM) is to provide introduction and computer training to orphans at the Bekasi Orphanage. Participants in this training are orphans from Junior High School (SMP) to Senior High School (SMA) level. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is a continuation of the previous PKM activities, namely the first is Simple Bookkeeping Training and Socialization on Introduction to Savings, and the next is Handicraft Training which is held at Rumah Yatim Bekasi. The method used in this training is theory and practice which is guided by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics, University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, and learners are given a module book as guide material in computer training. Through this activity, students can find out and understand about computers, especially Microsoft Office, to help with school work and other tasks in daily activities. The result of this training is that students understand the role of computers and the use of Microsoft Office and are motivated to complete tasks using computers. Abstrak Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan dan pelatihan komputer kepada anak – anak yatim di Rumah Yatim Bekasi. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah anak – anak yatim dari Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sampai dengan tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini merupakan kelanjutan dari kegiatan PKM sebelumnya yaitu yang pertama adalah Pelatihan Pembukuan Sederhana dan Sosialisasi Pengenalan Tabungan dan yang berikutnya adalah Pelatihan Kerajinan Tangan yang diselenggarakan di Rumah Yatim Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah teori dan praktek yang dipandu oleh tim dosen dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya dan pada pelatihan ini para peserta didik diberikan buku modul sebagai bahan panduan dalam pelatihan komputer. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta didik dapat mengetahui dan memahami mengenai komputer khususnya Microsoft Office untuk membantu tugas sekolah maupun tugas lainnya dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta didik lebih memahami peran dari komputer dan penggunaan Microsoft Office dan termotivasi untuk menyelesaikan tugas menggunakan komputer. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan berupa pendampingan peningkatan gerakan UKM naik kelas dengan go digital dengan memberdayakan pelaku usaha yang sudah ada. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah dan berbagi pengalaman dengan melakukan diskusi dan sesi tanya jawab. Faktor-faktor pendorong kegiatan UKM Naik Kelas adalah antusias atau motivasi yang tinggi dari para pelaku UKM. Sedangkan penghambat pelaksanaan program ini adalah kurang lamanya durasi waktu pelatihan, dalam hal frekwensi serta kondisi pandemi. Berdasarkan hasil dan luaran yang dicapai pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, direncanakan untuk mengadakan pendampingan proses bisnis UKM, supaya UKM tersebut benar-benar naik kelas. Naik kelas yang dimaksud adalah terdapat kemajuan dalam pengelolaan, sehingga berimplikasi pada peningkatan pendapatan UKM. Untuk mempermudah pendampingan pengembangan usaha UMKM, akan dilakukan pemetaan atau klasterisasi UKM di lokasi kegiatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model peningkatan keputusan konsumen melalui kualitas produksi, harga dan food safety ikan asin Panimbang Provinsi Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Kecamatan Panimbang Provinsi Banten. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 95 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas produk. Rasa produk ikan asin lebih disukai dari pada warna, bau dan metode proses ikan asin. Keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Harga. Biaya pembelian bahan baku merupakan faktor penting bagi pengain apabila dibandingkan biaya tenaga kerja dan persaingan harga. Keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh food safety. Tidak adanya label food safety produk ikan asin Panimbang menjadi faktor yang dominan dibandingkan kontaminasi bahan-bahan kimia, garam dan mikroba. Semakin baik kualitas produk, persaingan harga kompetitif dan aman dari kontamina, maka semakin tinggi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk ikan teri Panimbang Banten. Keputusan konsumen untuk membeli ikan asin Panimbang Banten banyak faktor-faktor yang menentukan antara lain: kualitas produk, harga dan food safety. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kualitas produk lebih berpengaruh terahadp keputusan konsumen apabila dibandingkan dengan harga dan food safety. Kata Kunci: Keputusan Konsumen, Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Food Safety

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the implications of sales promotion girl (SPG) turnover intention on work productivity at Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive analysis involving Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) of PT Matahari Department of Metropolitan Mall Bekasi Store using non-probability sampling techniques of 300 (three hundred) people. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 24. The results showed that there was a significant influence both partially and simultaneously from the independent variable on the dependent variable. Turnover has a positive effect on work productivity as well as job satisfaction. Simultaneously the independent variable has a positive effect with a value of 77.0% while 23.0% is influenced by other factors.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur implikasi turnover intention sales promotion girl (SPG) terhadap produktvitas kerja di Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) Matahari Departemen Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi sebagai sampel. Sampel didapatkan dengan teknik non probablitiy sampling sebanyak 300 (tiga ratus) orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier ganda dengan mengggunakan Statistic Package for the Social Sciences version.24. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa ada secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja begitu pula dengan Kepuasan Kerja. Secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 77,0% sedangkan 23,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Purpose: This study focuses on entrepreneurial intention among students. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence student entrepreneurship interest as a career orientation in an uncertain environmental situation. Design/methodology/approach: The statistical analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) where each is measured using several indicators, how uncertainty affects Career Orientation and Entrepreneurial Intentions. This research was conducted on students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 300 students using a simple random sampling method. Findings: The results of this study want to obtain a model that shows that uncertainty affects career orientation and student interest in entrepreneurship. Research limitations/implications: Future research is expected to explore the factors that influence student entrepreneurial intention and all aspects that encourage student career orientation. Practical implications: By involving more significant respondents in different research units, it is hoped to be used as a reference for knowledge and the basis for educational practitioners in development and decision making. Originality/value: The uncertainty of the situation is a heavy blow to the business world and the economy in general, especially business actors who are just starting their business. Historically, individuals who undertake the creation of new ventures are considered to have started an entrepreneurial career. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

This study examines the effects of money-saving, time-saving, income-saving, and social environment variables on decisions to use online food apps in Muslim communities in Bekasi City.The object of this quantitative design research is the entire Muslim community of Bekasi City who use online food applications. Purposive sampling was used in this study, with a total of 95 respondents. In this study, the analytical method was SmartPLS version 3.3. According to the findings of this study, the variables of money saving, time saving, and social environment influence the decision to use online food in Muslim communities in Bekasi City. While income has different results, income has no effect on the decision to use online food in Muslim communities in Bekasi City.This study also adds to the growing body of knowledge about the phenomenon of online food applications in an era of rapid technological advancement. This research can also be used as input and a summary of strategies that related parties can use to improve usage decisions.

Abstract

This study is to measure the effect of customer satisfaction, service quality, and price on the loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in the city of North Bekasi. This study uses quantitative research methods where the millennial generation of trans-Jakarta users in the city of North Bekasi are the objects. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique and uses a sample of 100 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in North Bekasi city, while service quality and price have no effect on customer loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in northern Bekasi city. This study has limited research objectives that are only carried out on millennial generation trans Jakarta users in North Bekasi. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of customer satisfaction, service quality, and price on the loyalty of millennial generation trans Jakarta users in the city of North Bekasi.

Abstract

Community Service Activities are carried out in Sekarwanggi Village for the Batu Asih Volley Ball Club in increasing the achievement abilities of volleyball athletes by using the Sport Science approach and increasing the economic capabilities of the people who are members of the Batu Asih Volley Ball club by using the Sport Entrepreneur approach. Community Service activities are carried out for five months, starting from May until September 2023. Initial activities in Community Service provide training to coaches and athletes in developing training programs by utilizing the use of Sport Science so that the Batu Asih Volly Ball club can create high-achieving athletes from from regional to national level. Then for the people who are members of the support for the development of the Batu Asih Volleyball Club, we also carry out activities to improve the economy by using Sport Entrepreneurship, so that sports activities can be packaged properly to improve the economy for the people in Sekarwanggi Village, Cibadak District. Then at the end of the PKM activity a volleyball match was held with the Batu Asih Cup II event, which was attended by 16 teams from the Cibadak sub-district which was held for four days.
