Data from the KPU shows that voters in this province are dominated by young voters, consisting of 1,500,974 people with a total of 5,914 polling stations. Policies that are really needed by the people of the Riau Archipelago include attention to the archipelagic region, the fishing prof4ession and fisheries, which it is hoped can be accommodated through the Archipelagic Region Bill. Young generation participation factors in elections are influenced by the capability and relevance of candidates, openness and accountability in politics, media and political persuasion, national and global political context, as well as their perspective on political issues. Generation Z, as the largest first-time voters, plays an important role as influencers on social media, political volunteers, and mobilizers of online protest movements. Abstract

Public financial transparency is one of the core principles of good governance. In the digital era, transparency is increasingly accelerated through the use of information and communication technology, including social media. This study aims to analyze how KPPN Tanjungpinang, as one of the technical implementation units of the Ministry of Finance, leverages social media to enhance transparency in public financial management. The data in this study were collected through an in-depth literature review, including an analysis of the official social media posts of KPPN Tanjungpinang, public financial reports, and e-government principles. The results show that KPPN Tanjungpinang actively disseminates public financial information, such as state budget realization, budget allocations, and work programs, through social media platforms. This strategy not only improves institutional accountability but also strengthens relationships with the public.

Abstract

The significant decline of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index (IHSG) in mid-2025 has become a major focal point in the dynamics of Indonesia’s economy. As a reflection of investor confidence in the national economic conditions, the IHSG showed a downturn triggered by a combination of external factors such as global geopolitical tensions, falling commodity prices, and the U.S. Federal Reserve’s interest rate policy as well as domestic factors including capital outflows and a weak fiscal response. This study aims to analyze the IHSG plunge from a public economics perspective, particularly highlighting the role of the state through fiscal and monetary policies, as well as institutional interventions by authorities such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) in maintaining economic stability. The analysis reveals that delayed policy responses and insufficient protection for domestic investors are critical contributing factors. Collaborative measures across institutions are required to restore market confidence and prevent long-term damage to the national economy.

Abstract

This study analyzes the potential and challenges of fish cracker (kerupuk atom ikan) production as an economic empowerment strategy for coastal communities in Anambas Islands Regency. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study reveals that fish cracker production has emerged as a form of local resource-based economic adaptation, primarily utilizing skipjack tuna. generates informal employment, and strengthens women's roles in the local economy. Women are the primary actors throughout the production and marketing process, fostering gender-based social transformation in coastal areas. Digital marketing strategies via social media have expanded market access, although challenges remain in licensing, product legality, and production capacity. SWOT analysis indicates strengths in readily available raw materials and unique flavor, but also threats from fluctuating supply and competition from outside the region. Therefore, synergy between the government, entrepreneurs, and supporting institutions is crucial to strengthen institutional capacity, access to capital, and product and marketing innovation. Fish cracker production demonstrates potential as a sustainable economic empowerment model for coastal communities and can be replicated in similar regions.
