Abstract

Along with the birth of various kinds of organizations which certainly have a variety of organizational cultures and leadership styles applied, it will produce different employee performance in each organization, some of which are satisfied, sufficient, or even dissatisfied. Even the leadership style and culture in an organization can reflect how the character of the organization is, whether the system is running optimally or there are still many mistakes that must be corrected. Because basically these two things will greatly affect the sustainability of the organization, especially in the long term, so that these two factors should be considered in the implementation of the management of an organization. Therefore, this study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance, this research was conducted using the literature review method, with data in the form of 4 scientific journals that have been reviewed. The results obtained show that organizational culture and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance, it is concluded that the more effective the system used by the organization, it will have a positive impact on employee performance, and vice versa when the organization is unable to implement an effective system and tends to lag behind the times, it will have a negative impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pj-Tek Mandiri Tangerang Selatan. Fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan di era pandemi COVID-19 menjadi permasalahan utama yang perlu dikaji secara mendalam, khususnya dalam industri minyak dan gas yang menghadapi tantangan ekonomi yang signifikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 79 karyawan sebagai populasi dan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas), analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, serta uji hipotesis (uji T dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t_hitung > t_tabel (2,195 > 1,991) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t_hitung > t_tabel (3,475 > 1,991) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F_hitung > F_tabel (6,136 > 3,12) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan teori manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks industri energi di Indonesia, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui penguatan disiplin dan motivasi kerja.
