Abstract

This study is based on the results of observations and interviews conducted on several elementary school students who attended the afternoon al-Quran Education (TPA) park at the Baitul Haq Makam Haji mosque, Surakarta that during the process of delivering tajweed material teachers only use the lecture method, where the classical method only delivers material using oral and students listen to it. As a result, this method does not involve students so it is felt that this method is less effective for tajweed material which is the main support in learning the Quran. Based on these facts, researchers then conducted a study aimed at the effectiveness, practicality and validity of interactive multimedia-based "tajweed" teaching materials for elementary school students on learning the Quran. The model used in this development research is ADDIE. There are 5 stages carried out, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The method was chosen to achieve the research objective, namely the effectiveness of this interactive multimedia-based learning method.

Abstract

The Role Of Quranic Exegesis In Promotion Social Welfare: A Literature Review Of The Implementation Of Justice Values In The Holy Verses. The Quran, as the primary guide in Islam, encompasses practical and spiritual guidance for daily life. This study focuses on the role of the interpretation (tafsir) of the Quran in enhancing social well-being, with a specific emphasis on the values of justice embedded in the sacred text. The research aims to describe the role of Quranic interpretation in improving justice and social well-being, contributing to a deeper understanding of the practical implementation of justice values in daily life based on Islamic teachings. The study employs a literature review approach to analyze scholars' interpretations of Quranic verses related to justice and social well-being. The literature review involves a profound understanding of various interpretations to illustrate the relationship between Quranic interpretation and justice values. The impacts include the formation of a more just society, enhanced moral character, and increased awareness of social issues. Quranic interpretation plays a crucial role in guiding the implementation of justice values to enhance social well-being. Despite challenges, involving the community through education and leveraging the role of religious leaders can be key to overcoming obstacles. By identifying and leveraging these opportunities, it is expected that the implementation of justice values based on Quranic interpretation can have a positive impact on society.

Abstract

The Musharakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) contract is one of the alternative sharia housing financing that is conceptually designed to reflect the principles of partnership, joint ownership, and proportionate risk sharing between Islamic banks and customers. However, the implementation of the MMQ contract in Islamic banking practices in Indonesia still raises various legal and sharia issues. This study aims to analyze the legal position of the Musharakah Mutanaqisah contract in sharia housing financing, examine its suitability with the principles of muamalah fiqh and positive law, and assess its implementation from the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. The research method used is normative juridical research with legislative, conceptual, and analytical approaches. Data were obtained through literature studies on Islamic banking regulations, fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), and relevant scientific literature. The results of the study show that normatively the Musharakah Mutanaqisah contract has strong legal legitimacy both according to Islamic law and positive law. However, in the practice of sharia housing financing, substantive discrepancies are still found, especially related to risk sharing, rent determination (ujrah), and the use of standard agreements that have the potential to weaken the legal position of customers. From the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah, the implementation of MMQ that is too oriented towards the certainty of bank profits risks obscuring the value of partnership, justice, and benefits. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen sharia supervision and improve regulations so that the implementation of the Musharakah Mutanaqisah contract better reflects the principles of justice and the purpose of sharia housing financing.
