Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly driven developments in business and marketing. Marketing processes that were previously conducted conventionally have now transitioned to digital marketing models. Many products produced by business actors are of good quality but often fail to sell due to their inability to compete in the online market. One contributing factor is the suboptimal promotion of products, particularly in terms of unattractive product photos. To address this issue, training aimed at enhancing skills in product photography is necessary. Mastery of information technology is crucial to support and improve business processes. This community service activity aims to equip prospective souvenir entrepreneurs with the skills to photograph and edit products attractively, enabling them to compete in the online market. The training method provided includes lectures, practical training, and guidance on creating product photos simply, quickly, and easily using smartphone devices for the PKK mothers in Tanjung Selamat Village, Aceh Besar. The results of this training demonstrate that participants are able to apply the skills acquired to develop souvenir businesses by producing attractive product photos for promotion, thereby increasing consumer interest and encouraging product purchases through promotional media such as leaflets, brochures, or product packaging

Abstract

Waste is one of the common problems faced by the whole world, including Indonesia. Most of the national waste is generated from household activities. People still think that garbage is an object that has no value and must be thrown away. On the other hand, some of the waste can still be processed and reused. This service aims to provide knowledge to the community regarding the handling of household waste using the 3R principle. The target community in this service is the Housewivesin Tanjung Selamat Village. The method applied in this community service is education related to the types and dangers of waste and socialization of the reuse of household waste into products worth selling. The results of this activity indicate that the community is enthusiastic about taking part in the utilization of household waste into a viable product. This can open people's horizons to see entrepreneurial opportunities that can improve their economy. partners showed an increase in knowledge after participating in this activity.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah memberikan keuntungan bagi pelaku usaha. Pemasaran digital (Digital Marketing) dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, menekan biaya pemasaran, mudah diakses dan dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi untuk pemasaran produk secara digital. Masyarakat sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Ibu-Ibu Penggerak Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Desa Tanjung Selamat, Kecamatan Darussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini antara lain adalah presentasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Luaran dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk membuka toko online. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini telah berjalan lancar dan mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta. Untuk keberlanjutan program pemasaran digital, peserta harus mempersiapkan produk yang berkualitas dan unik agar layak untuk ditawarkan di pasar online.
