Abstract

This research focuses on the transformation of Online Learning Uhamka (OLU) online learning website into a mobile application to overcome accessibility and display constraints that users often complain about on mobile devices. Through the application of the Design Thinking method which includes the stages of empathy, problem formulation, ideation, prototype development, and testing, this research seeks to design a responsive and user-friendly application. The UI/UX solution developed is based on user needs analysis, so that the application can be used comfortably on Android and iOS devices. By providing key features, such as assignment collection, attendance, and material access, the app is expected to improve the limitations of the website version and have a positive impact on users' learning effectiveness and experience in the context of online learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran pendidikan dalam Gerakan Kemuhammadiyahan di kalangan Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Industri dan Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA. Di era modern yang dipenuhi kemajuan teknologi dan informasi, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan antara ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Gerakan Kemuhammadiyahan, sebagai inisiatif keagamaan di universitas tersebut, memiliki tugas besar dalam membentuk karakter dan keimanan melalui pendidikan. Latar belakang penelitian ini timbul dari kesadaran akan potensi pengabaian nilai-nilai agama dalam sorotan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis peran pendidikan dalam Gerakan Kemuhammadiyahan, khususnya pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Industri dan Informatika, serta memberikan kontribusi pemikiran terkait perencanaan pendidikan keagamaan di institusi Islam.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Populasi penelitian meliputi Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Industri dan Informatika, dengan sampel dipilih secara purposif. Instrumen penelitiannya meliputi wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memahami Gerakan Kemuhammadiyahan, dengan tingkat keterlibatan yang bervariasi dalam kegiatan gerakan. Mayoritas menyatakan pentingnya peran pendidikan dalam mendukung Gerakan Kemuhammadiyahan, dengan indikasi keselarasan antara kurikulum pendidikan dan nilai-nilai gerakan. Penelitian ini memiliki dorongan untuk meningkatkan integrasi nilai-nilai Kemuhammadiyahan dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan akademis, dengan rekomendasi sebagai langkah perbaikan. Kesimpulannya, Mahasiswa Teknologi Industri dan Informatika di Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang Gerakan Kemuhammadiyahan, dan peran pendidikan dianggap Fakultas krusial dalam mendukung gerakan tersebut.

Abstract

The The development of information technology innovation has a positive impact on the media and entertainment industry, especially in the significant use of online streaming services. Vidio is one of the most popular streaming applications, providing interesting features such as watching, uploading, and sharing videos in mobile format for smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. Vidio's strength is its ability to show live television from various channels in Indonesia. Although the Vidio app offers interesting features and ease of use, not all users are guaranteed to be satisfied. Each app has its own advantages and disadvantages, so users' experiences and views may vary. This can be seen from the user reviews available on the Google Play Store. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of user reviews of the Vidio application using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The data used in this research are 1500 reviews collected in February 2024. After going through the data cleaning stage, the number was reduced to 1475 review data. From the available dataset, there are 165 positive reviews and 1310 negative reviews. The research process includes data retrieval using web scraping technique, data labeling, preprocessing, and TF-IDF weighting before the classification stage. For classification, cross validation technique and Naïve Bayes method were used. The results showed that the accuracy achieved by the Naïve Bayes algorithm was 80.28%, precision 24.18%, and recall 35.76%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMKN 10 Kota Bekasi terhadap teknologi informasi dasar melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan pengabdian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan interaktif dalam perancangan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Identifikasi kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa dilakukan melalui survei awal, yang kemudian menjadi dasar pengembangan materi pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman siswa setelah mengikuti pelatihan, dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar 25%. Analisis berdasarkan tingkat kelas mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran efektif terjadi ketika siswa secara aktif terlibat dalam pembentukan pengetahuan mereka melalui interaksi dengan materi pelajaran dan partisipasi dalam aktivitas pembelajaran praktis. Kesimpulan ini membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam konteks pembelajaran teknologi informasi dasar di sekolah menengah kejuruan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bukan hanya memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang pengaruh pelatihan, tetapi juga menunjukkan arah menuju perbaikan dan peningkatan pembelajaran teknologi informasi dasar di SMKN 10 Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

The development of technology from time to time makes all work or activities easier, one of which is online money transactions which are called e-wallets or digital wallets. One of the digital wallet applications that is often used is GoPay, which is a platform and tool created for making digital payments. Not long ago, GoPay was separated into one application, which previously existed in the Gojek application. However, every application certainly has a negative side, such as GoPay, where to use the application you have to be connected to the internet, which creates dependence on smartphones. Based on this problem, the company needs to know the response of users of the GoPay application which has been launched using the SVM, Decision Tree and Random algorithms. Forest. Therefore, the aim of this research is to carry out sentiment analysis on the responses of GoPay application users after being separated from Gojek and to find out the comparison of evaluation results or accuracy produced by the three algorithms. The results of this research show that of the three algorithms used, Positive sentiment is more than Negative sentiment, where in SVM Positive 89% and Negative 85%, Decision Tree class Positive 89% and Negative 76% while in Random Forest class positive 93% and Negative 86 %. Apart from that, the Random Forest algorithm has a high level of accuracy, namely 90%, then the SVM algorithm 88% and the Decision Tree algorithm 84%.
