Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan minat mahasiswa Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo dalam mengikuti Uji Kompetensi BNSP. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti sertifikasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal, seperti pemahaman pentingnya sertifikasi, serta faktor eksternal, seperti dukungan dari dosen dan keluarga, berperan signifikan. Hambatan seperti biaya dan persepsi terhadap kesulitan uji kompetensi juga mempengaruhi minat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memberikan wawasan baru tentang dinamika motivasi mahasiswa terkait sertifikasi profesional. This study analyzes the factors that influence the motivation and interest of Accounting students of the Faculty of Economics, Nahdlatul Ulama University, Sidoarjo in participating in the BNSP Competency Test. The purpose of the study was to identify internal and external factors that influence students' decisions in participating in the certification. The method used was a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires and observations. The results showed that internal factors, such as understanding the importance of certification, and external factors, such as support from lecturers and family, played a significant role. Barriers such as costs and perceptions of the difficulty of the competency test also influenced interest. This study contributes by providing new insights into the dynamics of student motivation related to professional certification.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam kegiatan ini adalah kurangnya ruang publik yang estetis dan bermakna di lingkungan RT. 22 RW. 10 Desa Pepe, yang berpotensi mengurangi nilai sosial dan budaya masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang publik yang tidak hanya memperindah lingkungan, tetapi juga memiliki nilai historis dan memperkuat identitas sosial warga. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan lapangan untuk memastikan bahwa desain mural dan taman yang dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta aspirasi masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya Taman Jimpitan dan mural Pojok Djadoel, yang berfungsi sebagai ikon lokal serta media edukasi dan refleksi budaya bagi warga. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan partisipatif dalam penataan ruang publik yang menggabungkan aspek seni, sejarah, dan keterlibatan sosial untuk memperkuat kohesi komunitas dan melestarikan tradisi lokal. The main problem with this activity is the lack of aesthetic and meaningful public space in RT. 22 RW. 10 Pepe Village environment, which has the potential to reduce the social and cultural value of the community. This program aims to create public spaces that not only beautify the environment but also have historical value and strengthen the social identity of residents. The methods used include observation, interviews, and field notes to ensure that the mural and park designs are by the needs and aspirations of the local community. The results of this activity are the creation of Jimpitan Park and the Pojok Djadoel mural, which function as local icons as well as educational media and cultural reflection for residents. The novelty of this research lies in the participatory approach in the arrangement of public spaces that combine aspects of art, history, and social involvement to strengthen community cohesion and preserve local traditions.
