Abstract

Coffee has become one of the most renowned beverages globally, particularly gaining prominence in Indonesia as a significant commodity. In recent times, the appeal of coffee has expanded among young people, particularly women, broadening its consumer base beyond its traditional audience of men and adults. With the growing popularity of coffee, coffee shop initiatives have surged, each employing various strategies to attract customers. This study aims to explore the impact of digital marketing on enhancing the brand image and customer loyalty of coffee shops, Kopi Kenangan in Pekanbaru. The qualitative research method employed a descriptive approach with case study research, incorporating surveys and interviews with employees of Kopi Kenangan in Pekanbaru. The results indicate a positive and substantial influence of digital marketing on the brand image of coffee shops, with a similarly positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The presence of social media in today’s society brings enormous benefits, especially in the digital economy. Social networks can indeed be called a popular phenomenon that attracts the attention of many people. In many of his works, experts have given many different definitions of the technologies that society still needs today. Business development in Indonesia is very rapid and continues to progress. Based on the method used, this research is qualitative using library research and descriptive qualitative methods. This research refers to previous research that will be discussed again to find something that has not been known before. Research that is library research and descriptive qualitative Based on the results of the analysis that refers to the results of previous research, it can be said that social media has an important role in supporting overall activities, one of which is being able to establish public relations relationships with customers social media has become a platform that can provide benefits that can facilitate business people to interact, Promote, introduce, and brand products to be sold online media play an important role in almost all levels of society, sharing information to find information. The role of Public Relations is great for every business, not only acting as an image developer but also marketing products to the public. Based on the results of the analysis that refers to the results of the previous research, it can be said that an important role in supporting overall activities is to be able to establish public relations relationships with customers.

Abstract

This research discusses the positive impact of innovation and the development of green and digital economies on the Viera Oleh-Oleh MSMEs. These MSMEs have successfully utilized digital currency, social media, and e-commerce to enhance transaction efficiency and product promotion. The implementation of digital technology, such as computer-based cash registers, has also contributed to improving operational productivity. Furthermore, Viera Oleh-Oleh MSMEs have enhanced product quality and environmental awareness by using sustainable local materials and reducing plastic usage. The use of digital technology and green economic principles helps Viera Oleh-Oleh MSMEs survive and thrive in the current digital and economic era. These innovations not only provide a competitive advantage but also meet the demands of consumers increasingly concerned about sustainability. Through the implementation of these strategies, Viera Oleh-Oleh MSMEs can leverage business growth and support to achieve better performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of promotion via TikTok on online shops and finds that using TikTok as a promotional tool has a significant positive effect. TikTok, with its appeal of creative and interactive short video content, allows online shop owners to reach a wider audience and increase their brand exposure. The results of this research show good improvements in terms of brand awareness, sales growth, and stronger relationships between customers and brands. In addition, TikTok provides an ideal platform for promotions that attract shopper attention, such as discounts and free shipping. Thus, this research confirms that promotion via TikTok is an effective strategy and has a positive impact on online shops in expanding their market share and increasing their sales results.
